It's quite spicy... I don't know how to describe it, but it's like rubbing ground cayenne pepper on my lips. It's spicy. However, after using it a few times, I built up a tolerance, and it became somewhat better. The longevity is a bit disappointing, and my lips become quite dry after use, which can lead to flaking.

I tried the lip plumper for the first time, and the effects are definitely good! It's literally a primer, so after applying it and waiting about 10 minutes, my lips become smoothly matte, and I don't have to worry about lip wrinkles.

When I applied it to the very top of my upper lip, the bare skin became reddish and swollen.

This is the first time I've used a lip plumper in my life. While working as a sales associate at Olive Young, I noticed that customers often looked for Banila Co, Dewop, and Holika Holika products, so I decided to try it out for myself this time!

1. As the author has very thin lips, the plumping effect was quite noticeable.

2. It's mentioned that the black shade has a weaker plumping effect compared to the red, but personally, I didn't find the plumping effect of the black shade to be significantly weaker.

3. Amidst the popularity of glossy, dewy lips, this matte lip plumper is a precious find. It allows me to maintain the original lip color while providing a natural matte finish, which I find very pretty.

When I apply it and go a bit overboard, it makes me cough. I'm consciously trying not to get saliva on my lips, but I still end up coughing! Also, it only takes a little bit to get that plump effect, so it's a bit tricky to work with.

I love the matte lip look, so I'm happy that the product gives a plump effect without being glossy! I can apply a gloss on top if I want a glossy finish, so it's great to have the versatility to create two different looks.

1. It takes a bit of time to dry (around 5 minutes?)
2. It's difficult to layer other lip products on top of the matte finish...
3. To be honest, I'm not sure about the plumping effect

1. The matte plumper is more appealing than the shimmery plumper!!
2. When applied directly to bare lips and layered, it adheres really well and doesn't smear easily
3. The staying power may be short, but the color payoff seems to be improving?

It's better to dab it on top of the lips after concealing the natural lip color.

Compared to the red color, it didn't puff up as much!
I recommend applying a smooth lip product instead of a thick one, as it doesn't apply well.

It was great that it created a soft, fluffy lip and could gently create a blurring effect before applying the lip product!

I'm not sure how long-lasting it is... That's a shame.

My lips have gotten bigger!! I also bought some more later because they said the red ones would get even bigger.
