I wish it came in smaller portions specifically for eyebrow dyeing. The amount is too much for just brows.

The eyebrow dye works incredibly well! I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased it. As someone with cool-toned skin, other products often leave my brows with a yellowish-brown tint that doesn't suit me. However, this cool ash shade only enhances the natural color of my eyebrows, removing just the right amount of darkness!

The product comes in such a large size. It would be great if they could offer a smaller eyebrow dye kit version as well!

I was satisfied to finally find a hair dye that closely matches the example photo.

The comb applicator made it easy to apply the dye by myself. The color turned out very close to what's shown on the package, just slightly lighter on my medium brown hair. Even after a week, the ash tone is still holding up well without fading much.

It would be nice if they sold smaller quantities for those of us who use it for eyebrows or root touch-ups rather than full hair coloring.

I started getting frustrated with my eyebrows turning too yellow when bleaching them, but then I came across a YouTube video recommending Hello Cream Cool Ash. The promise of just removing the right amount of darkness and creating a softer look had me rushing to Olive Young to buy it. After leaving it on for about 10 minutes, I found it much less irritating than regular eyebrow bleach. The color turned out perfect - not yellow at all, but a beautifully mysterious brown that I'm really happy with. I think I'll keep using this product. It would be great if they came out with a version specifically portioned for eyebrows! My hair is brown, and I use soft pinks and browns for makeup, which all go well together now.

The dye is quite runny, so it can easily splatter and drip. I recommend carefully applying it in the bathroom to avoid any mess.

With my twice-bleached hair, I ended up with an overall blue-tinted dark gray color with patches of light green. I think I might have messed up the application due to my lack of skill. There was a strong, strange smell during the dyeing process, but thankfully it disappeared after washing my hair once.

Oh, the color isn't really Cool Ash, is it? It's just brown. I should mention that my hair isn't bleached, it's naturally light brown. That's probably why it turned out brown. It's okay though, the color came out really well overall.

I bought Cool Ash hair dye and colored my hair. It's long enough to reach my chest, so I thought one box wouldn't be enough. I bought two, and it was just right! I got them on sale, so I got two boxes at a great price. Surprisingly, there was no smell from the hair dye at all. It was so odorless that I wondered how it could be possible. Even now, my hair only smells like conditioner. It's nice to treat myself after a long time!

When applying the product, my scalp felt a bit stinging in the beginning, and even though my hair is very short, the amount wasn't quite enough to cover it all.

First, other products had a really strong scent, but Mise-en-Scène's fragrance was nice and pleasant! And since it was on sale, it was affordable and easy to use without burden. I didn't do bleaching, but the color still came out well, even though the ashy tone wasn't visible. So next time, I'll definitely try it with bleaching.
The treatment inside is really, really good. After using it, my hair became incredibly soft and smooth. I want to buy the treatment separately.
