I tried it on the back of my hand and it absorbed quickly, feeling lightweight.
Layering it a couple times might help improve the moisturizing effect.

My skin has been getting increasingly dry lately. 
I consulted with a dermatologist about products, and they said that atopic dermatitis treatments can be covered by insurance.
I applied for a sample of a zero-steroid cream that I wanted to try.
I was worried it might be thick because it contains urea, but not at all.
It's a fluid cream formula and feels incredibly moisturizing when applied.

It's better to apply just a small amount rather than too much, as that seems to suit the skin better.

Even with just a small amount applied, I felt like it melted away the dead skin on my face.
After applying this and sleeping, my skin felt like it had undergone a gentle peeling the next day, and it seemed to have improved.

I apply this once in the evening before bed, and in the morning, I use one pump of the Zero-Steroid Ointment before heading out. The balance is just perfect.

I do wish they had offered a larger 500ml size of this as well.

The dermatologist I was seeing for seborrheic dermatitis strictly advised me not to exfoliate when my skin barrier was compromised, so I just stuck to cleansing and moisturizing, and my facial flakiness became really severe. I was too scared to use scrubs, peeling gels, or BHAs, and as a devoted zero-steroid user, I carefully researched the efficacy of zero-steroid products before purchasing this, and I'll be using this until the day I die. The improvement in skin texture is palpable with each application. Now, the flakes on my chin and cheeks are completely gone. I wonder why I even bothered with peeling gels and whatnot all this time... It's a shame I discovered this so late. The formula is lightweight, but it's absolutely non-drying, very lightweight, refreshing, and moisturizing.

However, the moisturizing power doesn't seem to be extraordinary - it's more like a regular moisturizing cream.
Even though it contains urea, the hydrating effect doesn't last very long.

Skin Type: Severely Dehydrated, Sensitive, and Flaky
Lately, no matter what I apply, my skin feels rough and there are white flaky patches on my cheeks.
But since my skin is extremely sensitive, I usually try to avoid using heavy-duty creams. However, I heard this one is gentle, so I just gave it a try.
The flakiness disappeared almost instantly.
I thought the texture would be thick, but it's actually quite fluid and hydrating.
I don't really notice any fragrance either - it's basically fragrance-free.
The application is smooth, and there's no sticky residue after use.
Fortunately, it's also non-irritating and gentle on my skin.

However, like other gel creams, this product also fails to lock in moisture. Even when applied generously, it still feels dry. It could also be because I used a vitamin C and niacinamide ampoule before applying this, but I intermittently felt a stinging sensation.


<Cons>
I'm not sure if it actually clogs pores or just feels that way, but when I apply this, even though it goes on lightly, after a while my face starts to feel stuffy. I keep experiencing situations where my face suddenly gets hot and flushed intensely. Over the years of using many creams, there have been cases where certain products would always cause this phenomenon when applied... and this cream is the same way.

Also, I can't say for certain that it's because of this, but when I use this, my skin condition mysteriously worsens. It feels slightly bumpy and my pores seem to open up.

Anyway, it just didn't agree with me.


<Pros>
It has a gel-cream-like semi-transparent texture with a moisturizing feel. When spread, it liquefies and spreads well, so the application is good. When I put makeup on over this, there was no pilling or lifting.

I think it would be good for oily skin, but personally I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin that needs deep hydration.

I tried this on my face and thought it did a superb job at moisturizing my skin without any heaviness but what floored me was how amazing it worked on my cracked heels which I've given up on a long time ago.

Despite being a very lightweight formula, this has the prowess to moisturize skin like nothing I've experienced before. I think it works better as a body moisturizer for me as I find that it does more for my heels than anything else I've tried. It also works as a nice hand cream. Most other moisturizers feel great once they're on, but the effect wears off quickly especially with the winter here drying skin out much faster than we'd like.

The lotion is not just non-greasy, it's also super fast absorbing which is a huge plus for me. I highly recommend trying this if you have severely dry skin!

The fragrance is unpleasant, so it may be difficult for those sensitive to scents. I had to hold my nose while applying it, but aside from the fragrance, the moisturizing and hydrating effects are good.

The fluid formula has good spreadability and dries quickly. It is moisturizing and absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth. The ingredients are excellent, so I can apply it with peace of mind.

For extreme hydration, I apply this cream and then layer on a cream with oil content before going to sleep.

I don't have any complaints! Some people say the smell is strange, but I don't smell anything at all haha.

I bought this product because I heard that the natural moisturizing ingredient urea is good for hydration. However, the baha component is irritating to my skin, so I can't use it.
But I've also heard that the concentration of urea matters - high-concentration urea creams (around 20%) sold at pharmacies shouldn't be used on the face, as they can cause side effects. 
10-20% urea is for softening calluses, while 5-10% urea is actually very effective for moisturizing and can be used on the face!!!
So I tried it, and I'm completely satisfied! I'll keep using it from now on.
My visible flaky skin has improved a lot in just 2 weeks 🤭
Some people say the smell is strange, but I don't notice it. I actually prefer it over fragranced creams.
If you want even more hydration than regular steroid creams, try a urea-containing steroid cream!
