A gentle, non-irritating cream perfect for dry skin that struggles with dead skin cell removal A moisturizer with weak hydration that's unnecessary unless you have problematic skin. It may cause acne breakouts - fu*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 8, 2024
My skin has been getting so dry lately! I asked about dermatologist-recommended products and found out they can be covered by insurance for atopic conditions. Curious about Zeroid cream, I requested a sample. I thought it might be thick due to the urea content, but not at all! It's a lightweight cream that feels incredibly hydrating when applied. Due to its thin consistency, it doesn't provide deep hydration. I tried it on the back of my hand, and it absorbs quickly, feeling quite light. It might work better if you layer it two or three times. - wb****Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2023
Even with just a small amount, it felt like it was melting away the dead skin cells on my face. When I applied this before bed, the next morning my skin seemed improved, almost as if I'd had a gentle exfoliation. I found that applying just a little bit suits my skin better than using too much. - 2_*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 30, 2023
My dermatologist, who I was seeing for seborrheic dermatitis, advised against exfoliation when the skin barrier is compromised. So I stuck to just cleansing and moisturizing, but my facial dead skin cells became really severe. I was too scared to use scrubs, peeling gels, or BHAs. Being a loyal fan of Zeroid, I carefully examined the benefits of their products before buying this one, and I'm convinced I'll use it until I'm old and gray. The more I apply it, the more I can feel the improvement in skin texture at my fingertips. Now, I can't even see dead skin cells on my chin and cheeks anymore. I wonder why I ever bought peeling gels and such before... I just wish I'd found this sooner. While it has a lightweight formula, it's never drying. Instead, it feels incredibly light, fresh, and hydrating. I really wish they'd offer this in a larger size, like 500ml... In the evening, I just apply this before bed, and in the morning, I use Zeroid ointment before heading to work. The balance is perfect. - ki**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 27, 2023
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin with severe deep dryness and sensitivity Lately, no matter what I applied, my skin felt rough and flaky, with white dead skin cells appearing on my cheeks. Since I have super sensitive skin, I usually avoid using these types of functional creams. However, I heard this one was gentle, so I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, it quickly calmed down the flaking skin. I expected the texture to be thick, but it's actually quite light and hydrating. I didn't notice any fragrance - it seems to be unscented. The cream absorbs well, and there's no sticky feeling after application. Thankfully, it's gentle and doesn't cause any irritation. However, I wouldn't say it provides exceptional hydration - it's more like a standard moisturizer. Despite containing urea, which I had high hopes for, the moisturizing effect doesn't last as long as I'd expected. - no***Dry SkinJan 27, 2023
Cons: I'm not sure if it actually clogs pores or if it just feels that way, but despite its lightweight application, after some time my face feels suffocated. I experience sudden heat flushes along with intense redness. This has happened with a few products I've used over the years, and unfortunately, this cream falls into that category. Also, while I can't say for certain it's because of this, my skin condition seems subtly off when using it. There's a slight roughness, and my pores seem more noticeable. Overall, it just didn't work well for me. Pros: It has a translucent, gel-cream texture that feels hydrating. It spreads easily and absorbs well. I didn't experience any pilling or separation when applying makeup over it. I think it would suit oily skin types, but I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin seeking deep hydration. - Recommended as a winter cream for oily skin - A summer cream for dry skin Or for anyone looking for a cream that's not too light, with a moderately fresh finish, regardless of skin type or season. However, like many gel creams, it doesn't combat dryness effectively. Even with generous application, my skin still feels dry. Also, I experienced occasional tingling sensations, though this could be due to using vitamin C and niacinamide serums underneath. - 26******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedDec 31, 2022
Most of the creams from Zeroid seem to be generally good and reliable. This product also has nice ingredients. Since this cream contains urea, an exfoliating ingredient, it may cause a slight tingling or irritation. - af*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 27, 2022
I gave this a go on my face and was impressed by how well it hydrated my skin without feeling heavy. But what really blew me away was its performance on my cracked heels, which I'd long given up on. Despite its lightweight formula, this moisturizer packs a punch like nothing I've ever used before. For me, it shines as a body moisturizer, working wonders on my heels better than any other product I've tried. It doubles as a lovely hand cream too. Most moisturizers feel great initially, but their effects fade quickly, especially with the harsh winter air drying out our skin faster than we'd like. This lotion isn't just non-greasy; it absorbs well in record time, which is a massive plus in my book. If you're dealing with super sensitive skin or deep dryness, I highly recommend giving this a shot! Apply it to any parched areas of your body and watch it work its magic. It's like it works hard to restore your skin's oil and moisture balance, leaving you with that coveted Inner Glow. The only downsides I can think of are the size and perhaps the price. - fl***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 20, 2022
The lightweight texture applies smoothly and quickly tackles deep dryness. It absorbs well, leaving skin hydrated and velvety soft. With its excellent ingredients, you can apply it worry-free. The scent might be challenging for those sensitive to fragrances. I had to hold my nose while applying, but aside from the smell, it provides great hydration and moisturizing effects. - ai*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 28, 2022
I bought this because I heard the natural moisturizing factor urea is great for hydration. I can't use AHA or BHA as they're too harsh for my skin. However, I learned that urea can have side effects on the face depending on its concentration. The high-concentration urea creams (20%) sold in pharmacies shouldn't be used on the face. 10-20% is for exfoliation, while 5-10% is actually super effective for moisturizing and safe for facial use! So I gave it a try, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! I plan to keep using it long-term. When it gets cold, I usually notice some dead skin cells, but after about two weeks of use, I saw significant improvement. Many people complain about the smell, but I don't really notice it. I actually prefer it to creams with added fragrances. To me, it's just unscented - I don't detect any smell at all. If you're looking for more hydration than regular Zeroid cream provides, try this Zeroid cream with urea! I don't have any complaints! While others mention a strange smell, I don't smell anything at all. For extreme hydration, I apply this cream and then layer on a richer cream before going to bed.
