Skin Type: Neutral/Sensitive Things I Liked 1️⃣ Easy to use😌 Since the foam comes out right away, there's no hassle of having to work up the lather, which I really liked! 2️⃣ Gentle👼🏻 I have sensitive skin, and when I use cleansers with ingredients that don't agree with my skin, my face gets red and stingy. But I never experienced that with this product! It's so gentle that I can even use it when my skin is really irritated.
Cons
The price is a bit high compared to the amount you get ㅠㅠ Since it's a dermatologist-recommended product, I have to buy it at full price... And because the foam comes out so easily, I end up using it up pretty quickly ㅠㅠ Also, the foam dies down fast, so I have to pump it several times... So I'm thinking of trying the Dokdo Cleansing Foam instead! I'll leave a review after using the Dokdo one as well🫶🏻

Pros
I started using this product after it was prescribed to me at the university hospital on November 1st! My skin was so irritated and sensitive around my nose and cheeks, but after using this, there is only a slight tightness, with no redness or stinging at all. It's a very gentle product. It's a decent product!
Cons
Be careful not to get it in your eyes It stings a lot haha ㅠㅠ

Pros
There is no irritation at all. Even when it gets into my eyes, I don't feel much stinging. I've been using this cleanser for 2 years now as I have atopic skin, and it's been quite pleasant and mild. The amount is also generous, so it lasts a long time.
Cons
The cleansing power is a bit lacking. While the product is really quite unremarkable, there's nothing particularly wrong with it either. Even though there are no real downsides, I'm not sure if it's actually helping to improve my skin.

* I've been using it well for about a year since early 2021. (I have the intention to repurchase) I had a lot of trouble with redness symptoms that worsened due to misusing a pore cleanser from another company. Then, I came across the Zero-Aid Ointment Cream and remembered its good effects, so I decided to try the Zero-Aid Cleanser. True to the Zero-Aid brand, the ingredients were really gentle. After washing my face, there was no stinging sensation. On days when I wore makeup, I felt the cleansing power was a bit lacking, but when I just had sunscreen on, I felt it cleansed my pores 'without irritation'. Not only did it minimize skin irritation, but it also provided effective pore cleansing! (Relief of redness symptoms + Pore reduction)
Cons
There's almost nothing, but if I had to find something, it would be that the amount felt a bit insufficient. I thought the cleansing power was weak, so I pressed down a few times and used it several times, and it ran out quickly. And it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't easily tell how much was left.
Tip
You can use the cleanser alone, and you can use other products for your lotion or cream, but if you use it together with the Zero-Aid Ointment Cream, you'll be able to see even greater effects!!

Pros
I had severe allergic contact dermatitis that made even washing my face difficult, but using the prescription from the dermatologist, I found it to be completely non-irritating and left my skin feeling moisturized, which I really liked.
Cons
For dry skin with a lot of heat sensation, the refreshing and moisturizing effects after cleansing were good, but for oily skin, the lingering moisturized feeling after cleansing could be a downside.

The product seems mild. Even though acidic products make my face feel irritated and painful, I didn't experience that.
Cons
Is it because it's acidic? The cleansing power seems weak, and I'm not sure if it's because of that or if the ingredients don't agree with me, but I've had a lot of breakouts...how sad 😢 I guess I should try an alkaline product instead... I wonder how many I've gone through at this point. And the price is expensive. I have to pump it 2-3 times, and the lather isn't even that rich, so I can feel the product on my hands rather than just the lather...

If my skin is dry from taking acne medication, it might be worth trying this out...

Pros
I have sensitive skin, but the stinging sensation is less, so I'm using it for the second time. It comes out as a foam, which is comfortable, and it lasts longer than I expected.
