I bought it but don't use it often, so I can't really say what's good about it. I don't use it frequently. It makes the area under my eyes look dark, and it doesn't apply as smoothly as I expected. It also doesn't make my eyebrows look longer like I thought it would.

The curl holds up well and has great staying power. When I use an eyelash curler, it lifts my lashes beautifully, almost as if I'm wearing falsies. I'm very satisfied with the results. Usually, when I use an eyelash curler and regular mascara, my lashes tend to fall back down. But when I use this Milter base to fix them in place before applying mascara, it works wonders! I'm so satisfied with this product that I'll definitely repurchase it once I finish this one. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Not only is the Milter product satisfying, but the packaging is always so beautiful too. I highly recommend using this with the Milter mascara base. I love how it lifts my lashes naturally. It's not like 'Wow, I'm wearing mascara!' but more like 'Oh, I've got mascara on.' That subtle effect is exactly what I wanted! I've been dying to try this, and I got such a great deal with the special discount and free shipping! Occasionally, some black powder falls off, but overall I'm still quite satisfied with it. It applies so smoothly! While it doesn't coat each individual lash, the brush is quite thick, clumping 3-5 lashes together for a natural look that's absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect for creating beautiful lashes without the spidery effect! It smudges, unfortunately. I thought it might be because of my hooded eyes, but it seems other Hwahae reviewers are experiencing the same issue. If you apply mascara to your lower lashes, you'll find your aegyo sal area looking smudgy after just three hours. The staying power is definitely a miss. Since it's in a tube, you can prevent the mascara from drying out by squeezing out the air before closing the cap. Also, to control the amount of product, gently squeeze the tube while pulling out the wand, removing excess from the tip. This helps with application control.
