Pigmentation ★★★★★ Color ★★★★★ Application ★★★★★ Gorgeous brick-rose color blend Lightweight, slim design for easy carrying Moisturizing formula, ideal for gradient looks Glides on smoothly with excellent color payoff Staining ★★★☆☆ Longevity ★★★☆☆ Dead skin cells ★★☆☆☆ Moisture can emphasize fine lines and dead skin cells (prep is key) Staining and wear time vary; quick application fades fast, but 30-60 min pre-application results in natural-looking stain lasting 6-8 hours - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 20, 2021
I bought the Clio Melting Matte Lip Into Brick and loved it so much that I also picked up the With Maple shade! There wasn't really anything bad to mention... It's just pretty good to use overall. - wj*********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 21, 2020
I usually don't like lipsticks because full lips don't suit me, but this product is beautiful. When I dab it on my lips, it creates a natural, lovely color. The staying power is completely non-existent... haha... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 28, 2020
I really like the vintage vibe of this color! Since I tend to wear different lip colors depending on my mood each day, I find myself reaching for this when I want that classic, timeless look. The packaging is a bit disappointing... I own other shades of this product, but I keep grabbing the wrong one because the cases all look the same. The design feels a bit outdated too, which is a shame. Also, I bought this product because the ads claimed it had great adherence, but honestly, I haven't found the staying power to be anything special. As long as you exfoliate your lips well before application, it always gives a beautiful color payoff. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 19, 2020
The vibrant red shade is perfect for those who love bold colors, especially if you have a warm complexion. I initially applied it on bare, dry lips and felt it was quite drying. However, I discovered that using a lip primer or a clear lip balm beforehand makes application much smoother. Compared to other products, it doesn't stain excessively and has impressive staying power, which I'm really pleased with. While the thin texture makes it easy to control application, it feels somewhat fragile and prone to breaking. It would be great if this aspect could be improved. Although it's a lipstick, I'd recommend applying a hydrating lip balm first to ensure your lips are moisturized before using this product. - sr******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessNov 15, 2020
The color seems perfect for spring and summer use. By the way, I've noticed that you can often find the Melting Lip series and Ink Matte Blur tints as part of bundle deals or during Clio's 100 won events, making them quite affordable. It's worth keeping an eye out for these offers when shopping for Clio color cosmetics. When applied, it definitely feels different from the dewy lip products. I haven't used a product with a non-retractable applicator before, so I'll need to be careful when twisting it up for use. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAug 22, 2020
It applies with a dewy, glowing finish, making it perfect for fall and winter use Due to its hydrating formula, the longevity is somewhat disappointing - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
I love the orange-red brick shade - it's right up my alley and looks gorgeous. Even though it's a matte lip product, it's not overly drying, which I really appreciate. I was shocked by how thin the lip product was when I received it. It seems overpriced for the amount you get. - dn******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityJul 26, 2020
I can't really think of anything positive to say... I just bought it because there was a deal to get it for 100 won when purchasing a Clio cushion. The color is like... wood? It just sits on top of the lips without blending in. For reference, I have a warm complexion. It made me feel like I was wearing my grandmother's lipstick. The scent wasn't great either. In person, it looks a bit more brown than in the photos. - an************Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 14, 2020
A slightly brick-toned orange lipstick. It comes off easily if you rub it right after application, but if you wait for it to stain, the staying power is impressive. It even remained after eating. Absorbs smoothly and evenly. It does seem a bit pricey for the amount you get. I purchased it for just 100 won as part of a Club Clio membership promotion. I did apply a filter to the photo, but only to adjust for the difference between what I saw with my eyes and what the camera captured. The image should be very close to the actual appearance.
