My hair type is generally oily, with some clumping at night. However, my scalp is not particularly red or sensitive.
The positives are:
👍 First, the shampoo produced a rich, creamy lather, which was the best among the shampoo products I've used. (I felt the texture was very fine!)

To begin with, my hair is not severely damaged, but due to repeated coloring, perming, and heat styling, it becomes rough and dry if not properly cared for. Since my hair lacks moisture, just shampooing leaves it very stiff, so I always have to apply a treatment or conditioner.
However, this product has good moisture, so my hair doesn't get too stiff even with just shampooing. It was great! At first, it felt as stiff as when I used other shampoos, but the more I used it, the softer it became. I really liked that.

The design is simple. The simple design made me feel more confident in the product. And since the product is actually good, that feeling was reinforced.

Normally, shampoos are for cleansing, so your hair feels stiff after using them. But this is not the case. Since the product touts its moisturizing properties, it was perfect for my dry scalp.
