Thanks to its AHA ingredients, it removes dead skin cells as soon as you apply it. You don't need to rub harshly - it gently exfoliates without damaging your skin barrier. It feels like it's only removing the outermost layer of dead skin cells. There's not much to dislike. However, I'm currently using a Vitamin A cream, and since these ingredients don't play well together, I can't use this product at the moment.
