The reason I gave it 1 star is that after using this, I experienced a skin flip-over that I had never experienced before in my life. It was to the point where I wondered if my skin could really flip over this much. I was worried about uploading a slightly disturbing photo, but I'm uploading it to warn those of you with sensitive skin. It's a pity I didn't take a photo of my skin before using it, not knowing it would turn out this way. The second photo was also taken because I thought my skin condition was bad. I thought it was a good product since it's in the same line as Intense, but when I applied the sample, it caused an outbreak of seborrheic dermatitis, and my face got all scratched up. I searched Hwahae and was shocked and horrified by the ingredients...Let's not use anything for sensitive skin. Oh, what do I do about the breakout?

I was able to purchase a trial kit with just the shipping cost, so even if the skin lotion, cream, and mask pack didn't suit my skin, I didn't suffer much financial loss.

But now, even that 2,500 won feels like a waste. I bought it because of the ceramide ingredients, but it seems my skin is really picky... The scent is nice. Other than that, I thought it was no different from using a regular moisturizer when I used it.
Cons
As soon as I stopped using it, the acne and itchiness that had appeared on my face all calmed down, which was creepy. I used to have clear skin, but at some point I suddenly became an acne-prone person, so I tried changing my moisturizer, and this turned out to be the answer. My skin really flipped upside down. The cream glides on easily and doesn't smear when applying makeup, which I really liked.
Cons
I have almost no acne-prone skin - even on that time of the month, I don't get a single pimple. But after using this for 3 days, my skin completely flipped out...I got a ton of acne and really suffered. I kept using my usual products, but this cream is a no-go for me. I'll never buy it again.

Aside from the drawbacks I mentioned, the product itself seems good. As a person with dry and oily skin, I felt that it helped balance my moisture and oil levels well, and it was absorbed into my skin without leaving a greasy feeling.
Cons
I'm not sure if it was the shea butter, the ceramide ingredients, or some other component, but my entire face turned bright red and broke out in hives, even though I don't usually have sensitive skin. I've used other problematic skincare products before, but my skin was like steel. It seems that cosmetics really are a case-by-case thing... The product itself is good, so if it works for you, it could be a great moisturizing cream to keep using. But unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using it again.
