Pros
First, I am an oily skin type with moisture deficiency that causes oil explosions in the morning and late afternoon. I also have flushing. The product has a good fragrance and glides on well. A small amount absorbs well and leaves the skin feeling moisturized.
Cons
There is a film-forming feeling, so it feels stuffy at first. But it gets better the more you use it. Proper amount is important. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, but I don't think the skin barrier improvement effect is significant.

This is good for applying and doing makeup as it doesn't cause makeup to flake off. It's great for eating, and if you apply it before bed and sleep, your face doesn't feel tight in the morning. I have seborrheic dermatitis, and whenever it flares up, applying a bit more of this helps rehydrate it and calm it down!

In the summer, it feels a bit heavy and stuffy when applied to the face, like there's a layer on top. When I have breakouts and apply this, the shea butter ingredient seems to make them a little worse at times.

I discovered this cream in the winter of 2017 and it's been great. I initially bought it based on reviews, and it turned out to be much better than expected. I've been using this cream from the winter of 2017 to the present day, and it has kept my skin from feeling dry. The moisturizing power is truly exceptional. The volume is about average, but since I don't use a lot of cream, it lasts me a good while. If you're dry-skinned but dislike rich creams, this one might be a good fit as it's moisturizing without feeling heavy.

I'm a typical combination skin type~ When I first used this cream for a few days, I thought 'Oh, it's too oily? The oil content is too strong?' because before that, I couldn't use anything with oil content and only used really clean, watery moisturizers. But I received it as a gift, so I decided to try it out, and as I used it more, the moisture content was just as much as the oil content, so it was actually fine. The other products lacked moisture content despite having no oil, but this one had long-lasting moisture, so the oil that came up from within was less, so it held up well throughout the day and I liked it. Of course, it may be different for everyone, but I was fine with it, and just because a product has bad ingredients or oil content, you can't just say it's not good without trying it - there are times when even good ingredients and moisture content don't suit you and you break out. This product has a nice fragrance that is not too strong, good spreadability, and a moisturizing feel, so I really like it! Even though my skin is quite dry, I found that the light version is better to use in the summer than the intense one!! I recommend it!
