It's decent for the price, but I didn't use it up to the refill. It goes on white and brightens the skin. When I apply it, my skin feels itchy and dry. It doesn't seem to suit my dry skin type. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJul 26, 2021
It brightens the complexion and is easy to apply thanks to its cushion format. It effectively neutralizes yellow undertones. There's a noticeable tone difference for those with darker skin. It doesn't absorb well into the skin (tends to sit on top). Works best when applied in thin layers using small amounts. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 9, 2021
I bought this because sometimes my complexion looks dull. It was a good deal with the refill included. When I applied it to my face, I felt like it evened my skin tone, and when I put foundation on top, my complexion looked even more natural and uniform. It has sun protection, so it's fine to use when I'm in a hurry or just going somewhere nearby. I was surprised that it barely transfers to my mask, making it unnoticeable. I've repurchased it and it's now a cushion product I use frequently. If you don't apply skincare products well before using this, it can sometimes make your skin dry and flaky. It's difficult to expect this cushion alone to provide skin with a glow or hydration. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 1, 2021
I love how it brightens my complexion with just a small amount after applying my skincare. It's great for evening out skin tone. Not sure about any darkening effects though. You definitely need to be careful with how much you apply. If you use too much, you might end up looking like you're wearing kabuki makeup! - hr****Dry SkinRecommendedDec 12, 2020
I'm not sure about the coverage, but it naturally brightens my face and looks very natural The cushion doesn't apply evenly, and after applying it all over, my skin feels a bit dry - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 26, 2020
I have to admit, it's quite innovative to have a cushion foundation with a violet base - that's not something you see every day! Unfortunately, it applies unevenly, the finish leaves something to be desired, and the staying power is disappointing. It just feels... off somehow. I haven't discovered any additional points yet. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 22, 2020
I switched from Missha's purple base to this cushion for convenience. It's definitely very easy to apply. With its primer function, it noticeably smooths out pores and uneven skin texture. Plus, it transforms my blotchy, yellow complexion into a natural, cool-toned white. It's not sticky and leaves a velvety finish. After finishing 4 bottles of the Missha one, I plan to use only this from now on. It applies beautifully, doesn't transfer, and doesn't make my foundation (I use Double Wear) look cakey on top. The amount seems a bit small. It's a shame it's in cushion form. I wish they'd release a pump version. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 25, 2019
1. It's so moisturizing that you don't need to apply a separate cream - it adheres well to the skin! 2. It naturally brightens yellow-toned complexions. 3. I'm really satisfied using this as a replacement for brightening moisturizer. 4. Even after multiple dabs, it applies evenly on the puff! 1. As it's a makeup base product, when used alone, its longevity and coverage are a bit lacking. 2. Due to its nature of harmonizing with your original skin tone rather than creating a single uniform color, it can apply unevenly and be difficult to control. 3. While it's nicely moisturizing, it might be too rich for oily skin types, leaving a slightly sticky feeling. If you apply too much at first, your face can turn not just white but almost purple! After one dab, keep blending it into your face until there's nothing left on the puff. I think if you finish with a powder, you might be able to extend its longevity a bit even when used alone. - pe*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 17, 2019
Since my facial skin has a yellowish tone, I've been searching for purple-based products. I bought this after seeing an ad, and it definitely brightens my face and blends well with other foundations. It doesn't pill and is easy to use. It's causing blemishes... I bought it without checking the ingredients. I purchased it impulsively after seeing an ad, and now I'm getting small pimples on my forehead, nose, and cheekbones. I even bought a refill - what should I do with it now? - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2018
As a base cushion, it doesn't offer much coverage, but the application and adherence are quite good. It definitely brightens up the skin! When I'm feeling lazy about doing a full face of makeup for quick trips to the market or nearby places, I just apply this. It evens out my skin tone, giving me a natural 'no-makeup' look that's still presentable. I wish it provided even just a tiny bit of coverage.
