  It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I generally don't like sunscreens with a lot of oil. I have the Missha Rosy Sun Block Cream, and the color is nice too. It's all good, but the oil content is too high to give a lot of shine. I was hesitant, but I bought this after seeing it being reviewed one-on-one, and I'm really happy with it. The outside has a slight sheen without an oily feeling, and the inside is moisturizing. The tone-up effect is about half a tone.
