Pros
I used it three times a week, a total of five times, and it was great!! Even just using it once, my acne disappeared and my skin became moisturized. Highly recommended!! It's a must-have product.
Cons

My middle school child is using this for hydration and soothing. While they don't have a lot of acne, being their age, they do get some breakouts occasionally. They are using it well without any irritation.

After use, there is a slightly slippery feeling. I thought it would be a gel type that sticks on, but I guess there are different types of gels.

I purchased the Rountree Birch Moisture Pack because it seemed better, even though it is more expensive. While I don't feel a noticeable difference, I think it is functionally superior.
