Among all the #23 cushions I've tried, this one has the most natural shade that doesn't clash with my complexion. Usually, even when I buy #23, they tend to be a bit lighter, but this one is neither too light nor too dark. It provides just enough color correction to even out my skin tone. It's a solid, no-fuss option that's easy to use daily. The coverage is on the lower side. As the weather has gotten warmer recently, my skin condition has worsened, and this cushion doesn't hide redness well, especially around the nose and mouth areas. It tends to separate in those spots. Being a base makeup product, it's not completely transfer-proof with masks, and it tends to break down in a somewhat messy way throughout the day. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 28, 2021
When I first applied it, the coverage and complexion were really decent. It felt like my own skin, as if I hadn't applied anything... It looked natural, felt moisturizing, and seemed to have some staying power. (I wanted to go a bit brighter, but after reading reviews saying it was too light and that shade 23 wasn't too dark, I just bought 23. I usually use shade 21 in other brands.) It doesn't seem to transfer much onto masks as long as you don't wear one right after applying makeup. After some time, it really looks like I'm not wearing any makeup - just my natural skin tone. The coverage, while not exceptional, maintains a moderate level. However, it's like it gets a bit muddy, almost as if the color darkens or fades away. Anyway, next time I'll probably buy shade 21. Also, the amount is too small. I use it daily, but it feels like it won't even last a month. I really don't apply much, not even four pumps at a time, but it feels like it's running out quickly... Other than that, I don't think there are any major drawbacks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 15, 2020
Wearing makeup under a mask was so stressful because it would always transfer onto the mask. That's why I went looking for a product that wouldn't rub off as much, and I ended up buying this. As advertised, it did transfer less than the product I was using before. The promotional text made it seem like makeup wouldn't transfer to the mask at all, but of course, nothing's 100% perfect. While it does rub off less than other products, it doesn't completely prevent transfer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 22, 2020
The coverage is excellent. It leaves your skin feeling soft and powdery after application. It really settles into the pores... It pills when you apply it. The adherence is very poor, so it transfers easily. It also pills and lifts significantly when you touch up your makeup. I don't think I'll purchase this again after using it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 6, 2020
It feels powdery after application. I liked the unique finish compared to other cushions. The coverage isn't bad - applying it twice covered my freckles pretty well. For dark spots, though, you'll need some help from a concealer. Who said this doesn't transfer onto masks? Sorry Sandara, but I had high hopes for this and it does transfer. As time passes and oil builds up, it wears off messily. If you're looking for something that won't transfer because of masks, I'd advise against this. Also, looking at the ingredients, you'll see it can cause blemishes. With this formula, hot weather, and masks, it's no wonder blemishes pop up. I got little bumps around my mouth, nose bridge, and forehead. I had to use ointment to calm my skin down. No pro tips here, I'm afraid. After using it once and feeling betrayed by how much it transferred onto my mask, I shoved it into a drawer. I went back to my old cushion. That one has better ingredients and doesn't stress out my skin. I guess there's no such thing as a truly mask-proof cushion after all.
