If you're sipping from a cup in the morning, you'll likely need to touch up. For longer wear, try using this as a base layer and then apply a long-lasting lip color on top. Just apply this one product and you're done. It's so beautiful, please don't discontinue it! The only downside is that it's in stick form, but if you take good care of your lips, it's the best lipstick out there.

It creates a natural lip color and applies beautifully when you just swipe it on casually. I really liked how well it goes on! I love how matte it is and how smoothly it applies. I use it as a base lip color, and even when I layer other products on top, it doesn't pill and still absorbs well. The color payoff is great, and it has excellent staying power, so I use it every time I go out. I've bought a couple already, and I'll likely repurchase when I run out... The emphasis on dead skin cells is characteristic of matte lipsticks. You need to take good care of your lip exfoliation. Other than that, no complaints.

The red next to it is Muse Red - a calm yet beautiful shade. The texture is amazing too. I'm planning to get the entire Soft Matte lip line... The color doesn't fully show up in one swipe. You need to apply it a few times for the pigmentation to really come through. If you have a deep undertone, I highly recommend giving this a try! The color is absolutely gorgeous, and the staining effect isn't bad at all. However, the color might be a bit too intense, which could make your complexion appear darker. Also, it's quite fragile and breaks easily, unfortunately.
