The color is somewhat of a brick rose shade, and it has a slightly matte finish. You can create a glowy lip look by applying a touch of lip gloss over this lipstick. I bought this because it's a new Universe(?) edition! I'm satisfied with the color since it's the same shade I've been using. However, I think the original transparent packaging is actually prettier than this one. This feels a bit childish... Well, it's a limited edition after all... This is honestly my holy grail product... It's not too flashy, and even with just a light application on bare skin, it looks beautiful. In my opinion, it would suit both warm and cool skin tones equally well. The color is truly beautiful! The pigmentation is great, and there's no noticeable scent. I bought it because the packaging is so pretty, but the color turned out to be gorgeous too. I'm really enjoying using it. For those who are on the fence about buying, I highly recommend you go for it! There aren't really any downsides, but make sure to exfoliate well and apply it properly for the best results. Apply a generous amount of lip balm, do your other makeup, then gently rub your lips with a wet wipe. This will remove any dead skin cells, leaving your lips smooth. Wow, the application and color are absolutely mind-blowing! I can confidently say they're incredible. The lip color payoff is insane, and I think this shade suits both warm and cool skin tones.
