The staying power is moderate. Even though I bought the wrong shade, it's so pretty I'm using it anyway. The color payoff is strong, so if you apply it by gently patting it on, it looks beautiful. Don't use this when you have a lot of dead skin cells on your lips! It doesn't fill in lip lines very well, so I don't reach for this lipstick often. Make sure to apply it by patting gently. The color is beautiful and matte, which I really like! I'm also impressed with how securely the cap closes. When my lips are dry, applying it alone can severely emphasize dead skin cells, so I need to use a lip balm first before applying this.
