Pros

I bought this product because I thought it would be better to remove the yellow tones in order to dye my hair pink. When I applied it, my hair seemed to get too dark, so I got scared and washed my hair about 10 minutes earlier, and the yellow tones were reduced a bit. The photo is from after I bleached my hair twice!

Cons

The yellow tones don't seem to fade as dramatically as the product photos. Even if I had followed the time instructions properly, the yellow tones probably wouldn't have disappeared completely.
