  I liked that it's easy to control the amount with the pump dispenser, and it applies lightly on the skin.

  Pros

  I didn't experience any particular blemishes. The packaging is eye-catching and easy to use.

  Cons

  The price is disappointing, and it's also unfortunate that it burns when applied. At first application, there's no white cast, but with multiple layers, a white cast appears and more oil comes to the surface than expected. I don't understand why the oil and moisture balance separates so easily - you have to flip it upside down to use it. Honestly, it's best to just buy something else.

  Pros

  I really like how it absorbs well without being sticky. The scent is also quite pleasant, not overpowering at all.

  Cons

  When I apply it to my face, I feel a burning sensation. At first, I thought I was imagining it, but while it doesn't happen when I test it on my hands, my face feels hot when I use it there. It's causing some blemishes to appear on my face.

  Tip

  Since it doesn't suit my facial skin, I've decided to use it as a body lotion instead.

  Pros

  I can say this Avène product was pretty good, as I've never had any issues with their products before! In summer, when I finished with a moisturizing base + this + a matte foundation, even when my makeup broke down, it did so gracefully and still looked nice.

  Cons

  After applying it to my face, I felt a burning and tingling sensation for about 1-2 minutes... It didn't cause any blemishes or anything, but that heated feeling was a bit scary.

  Tip

  Make sure to apply this on top of a solid, hydrating skincare routine.
