Not sure if it's good or not. Among spot treatments, it's the least thick and doesn't feel like a typical cream. It applies and absorbs well, which might be why it seems ineffective. Blemish sniper!! When painful acne or blemishes are about to surface, applying this product as a spot treatment and a bit more widely around the area works wonders for soothing by the next day! For larger pimples or blemishes, it's better to reduce their size and minimize inflammation rather than immediately extracting them, to prevent scarring. This product does an excellent job in that role. I felt it had similar effects to Acrin cream, a pharmacy ointment~! I'm satisfied using this product. As it's for spot treatment, the amount is just right! I found it worked better to apply it a bit more widely than just as a spot treatment
