Not sure if it's good or not. Among spot treatments, it's the least thick and doesn't feel like a typical cream. It applies and absorbs well, which might be why it seems ineffective. Due to its lack of effectiveness, I'm just applying it over a larger area. It's gentle, so there's nothing particularly bad about it. - he*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 30, 2024
Blemish sniper!! When painful acne or blemishes are about to surface, applying this product as a spot treatment and a bit more widely around the area works wonders for soothing by the next day! For larger pimples or blemishes, it's better to reduce their size and minimize inflammation rather than immediately extracting them, to prevent scarring. This product does an excellent job in that role. I felt it had similar effects to Acrin cream, a pharmacy ointment~! I'm satisfied using this product. As it's for spot treatment, the amount is just right! I found it worked better to apply it a bit more widely than just as a spot treatment - sk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2024
When you dab it on red blemishes, they calm down by the next day. Consistent use is key. If you apply too much, it can make your skin look greasy. You need to adjust the amount as you use it. Best used as a spot treatment. - ra*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedMar 2, 2024
It's great at calming blemishes! Whether it's pustular acne or small bumps, this product works wonders in soothing all types of breakouts. I love that it comes in a tube, which is hygienic, and the cream has a light consistency that doesn't easily run off your skin! The quantity is small and it's quite pricey! I wish they'd release a larger size... but I guess that can't be helped! If you apply a generous amount to your blemish-prone areas before bed, you'll wake up to noticeably reduced breakouts! - je**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 26, 2024
After applying this, my blemishes have significantly improved! It's my favorite healing ointment. The price is a bit disappointing. The volume is also small, so it feels like it runs out in about two to three weeks of use. It works best when you apply a thin layer after completing your basic skincare routine. - el******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 20, 2024
I'm surprised to see reviews mentioning tingling sensations because I find this product causes no irritation at all. Maybe it's because I have oily, thick skin. I've been using this for ages. It was available at Olive Young for a while, but now it's gone again. I've tried it on various blemishes, and it's only effective on those deep, large ones that emerge from under the skin without redness. Apply it thinly multiple times during the day, and then layer it on thickly before bed. My skin usually breaks out in small bumps immediately if a product doesn't suit me, but despite feeling rich, this one doesn't cause additional blemishes. That's why I now use it like a regular moisturizer all over my face. While it feels rich initially, over time it becomes matte, leaving the skin looking dehydrated. You can get it a bit cheaper if you buy it directly from overseas. - wi********Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2023
My skin's first aid kit. I've been using it for nearly a decade. I briefly switched to Uriage Iséac cream thinking it was better, but when it was discontinued, I came back. The difference between the two isn't huge. When I apply this to my forehead or temples where I have small bumps, they disappear within a day. I don't apply a lot at once. After all my skincare steps, I apply a thin layer, and once it's absorbed, I gently pat on an emulsion or cream like a coating. This makes it less stinging and irritating. For itchy, red, and swollen blemishes, I apply it the same way but repeat every few hours. If it feels too thick after multiple applications, I rinse with water and then repeat the routine: basic skincare, Keracnyl, moisturizer. After rinsing with water, I noticed it even helps remove dead skin cells. It stings like crazy... Very irritating. But the effects are so amazing, I can't stop using it. If you have sensitive skin, absolutely do not apply this all over your face. I don't use it often, so even this amount feels like too much. It would be more efficient if they reduced the price by about 2/3 and changed the size to 10 grams. I usually purchase this from pharmacies that sell Vichy, Avène, and Ducray cosmetics. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedAug 11, 2023
I was really stressed about those pesky little blemishes that kept popping up on my chin and forehead, but this product definitely reduces their appearance. It's also great for managing blackheads when applied to the nose! It's on the pricey side... But since I only apply it to areas with excess oil, it lasts quite a while! - da********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRednessApr 23, 2023
The scent was generally pleasant. To be honest, I'm not sure what else was particularly good about it. I bought this product because it claimed to soothe redness, but I didn't see much effect. Sometimes when I applied it, it caused a tingling sensation. The product would occasionally pill like dead skin cells. Considering these issues, I find it overpriced. I still have a lot left, but I've stopped using it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 28, 2023
I had some minor texture issues, not quite like milia, but after using this for just one day, it all settled down. It seems to be a knockout for resolving skin blemishes! Tingling and itching! On the first day, I was at a loss trying to figure out the cause. For best results, apply your toner, then this product, let it dry a bit, and follow up with your evening mask routine.
