The most incredible thing about this product is that there's absolutely nothing to complain about... Please, just don't ever discontinue it!

This highlighter is absolutely mind-blowing - it's the best out of all the ones I've ever used. Even though I have dry skin, it doesn't clump at all and gives such an incredible glow that it makes my face look sculpted. I used to use Benefit's High Beam before, which had a nice glow but it clumped terribly and was so drying - that was its worst feature. But this Chanel highlighter? It gives the same amazing glow without ever clumping when applied. It's truly my holy grail. Even though it's a foreign product, I'm leaving this honest, positive review because while I'd love to keep it my secret, I know it needs to stay popular to avoid being discontinued. It's seriously that amazing!

It gives such a radiant and dazzling look! Even with just a thin layer, it creates a beautiful glow. When mixed with foundation, it transforms your skin into a luminous complexion~

Well... there's nothing particularly bad, but like other Chanel products, it's a bit drying.

Though it's a highlighter, I use it as a base because it's so subtle. I've been using it consistently.

Rather than using it as an all-over base, I'd recommend applying it just to highlight areas for the best effect.

While I love a dewy finish, this has too much sparkle to achieve that natural, hydrated glow I was hoping for.

The color is absolutely gorgeous, and the shimmer in it would be perfect for creating a radiant, glowing makeup look.

When using after makeup, you can use it as a highlighter. Just dispense a small amount on the back of your hand, blend it with a flat brush, and gently pat it on your brow bone, upper cheekbones, bridge of the nose, and cupid's bow.

It feels a bit greasy after application, which is disappointing. Depending on the foundation used, it can sometimes pill when applied over makeup. Using a full squeeze is fine, but when using small amounts, product can accumulate at the nozzle and harden, making the next use inconvenient. And then there's the price.

It's a moisturizing base with fine, smooth pearl particles. I usually apply it before foundation. The foundation or cushion applied afterwards adheres really well. It seems to enhance the adherence. For an overall brightening effect, I squeeze out a generous amount, but for spot application, I use small amounts. Applying with a brush rather than fingers seems more convenient and gives an even application. After application, it feels cool and gives a dewy glow. The ultra-fine pearls create a luxurious skin texture. Compared to the gold pearl base from Chanel (which has the same tube but a black cap), this one feels more firm, has a higher pearl density, and gives a more radiant look.

If you have prominent cheekbones, mixing this with foundation might make them stand out even more!

The fine particles create a subtle shimmer, not chunky glitter. It's great mixed with foundation. As someone with slightly sunken cheeks, it gives a nice volumizing effect. You can use it for a subtle glow on various areas like under the eyes, nose bridge, collarbones, legs, and cheekbones.

When mixed with foundation, it gives an overall subtle glow. If you lightly dab it on after your base makeup, it creates a delicate shimmer just in those areas.

The price point is a bit high, which is disappointing. The pump dispenses a single-use amount, but it's too much for me since I only apply a tiny bit on my nose bridge. I wish the volume control was more manageable.

This product is a master of subtle glow! It enhances dimension wherever applied, so even with less coverage base makeup, it balances things out nicely. I use it in two ways: after applying a brightening moisturizer sunscreen, I dab it on specific areas for finishing touches, or I apply it all over before using cushion foundation to even out my skin tone and texture. Interestingly, quite a few people have asked me why my complexion looks so good when I wear this!

Only pump about half-way. If you press it fully... it can be overwhelming. At first, not knowing any better, I pressed it all the way and oh boy, my palm was covered! You really need to be careful with the amount! If you're buying this for coverage, don't. It has zero coverage whatsoever.

For combination dehydrated skin with large pores... You know how pearlescent products can make each pore shine and stand out if applied incorrectly, right? This one actually makes your skin look clearer overall! Personally, I absolutely adore the rosy scent. The texture is thinner than expected, and application is a breeze - just rub it in and you're done! It absorbs incredibly fast!

Buying from online shops is better than purchasing offline. You won't get many samples either way, so it's best to buy from the internet where it's cheaper.

The hydration seems less effective than MAC Strobe Cream, which could also be used as a moisturizer. Also, it's quite expensive. The actual price is $90, but I bought it online for $72. Unfortunately, the glow doesn't last until the afternoon. It's not a must-have item, but I bought it because it's Chanel and I thought it would be versatile (I do love shimmer).

I bought this 2020 new release because I've always loved pearl-infused bases. This product is a pearl base, so it's versatile, and being a Chanel product, I'm quite pleased with it. Similar products include MAC Strobe Cream and Benefit High Beam. Compared to Benefit High Beam, the glow is more natural, and it's more luminous than MAC Strobe Cream. You can mix it with foundation for a dewy makeup look, or use it alone on the T-zone as a highlighter. The glow isn't overwhelming like a 'cyber-glow', but has a natural sparkle that I love. Unlike MAC Strobe Cream or High Beam, it doesn't seem to cause much darkening of the skin.
