This highlighter is absolutely mind-blowing - it's the best out of all the ones I've ever used. Even though I have dry skin, it doesn't clump at all and gives such an incredible glow that it makes my face look sculpted. I used to use Benefit's High Beam before, which had a nice glow but it clumped terribly and was so drying - that was its worst feature. But this Chanel highlighter? It gives the same amazing glow without ever clumping when applied. It's truly my holy grail. Even though it's a foreign product, I'm leaving this honest, positive review because while I'd love to keep it my secret, I know it needs to stay popular to avoid being discontinued. It's seriously that amazing! The most incredible thing about this product is that there's absolutely nothing to complain about... It gives such a radiant and dazzling look! Even with just a thin layer, it creates a beautiful glow. When mixed with foundation, it transforms your skin into a luminous complexion~ I wish they'd offer a smaller size at a lower price point, as it's hard to use up before the expiration date. I sometimes mix it with foundation, or pat it gently with my fingers after applying foundation.

The color is absolutely gorgeous, and the shimmer in it would be perfect for creating a radiant, glowing makeup look. While I love a dewy finish, this has too much sparkle to achieve that natural, hydrated glow I was hoping for. It's a moisturizing base with fine, smooth pearl particles. I usually apply it before foundation. The foundation or cushion applied afterwards adheres really well. It seems to enhance the adherence. For an overall brightening effect, I squeeze out a generous amount, but for spot application, I use small amounts. Applying with a brush rather than fingers seems more convenient and gives an even application. After application, it feels cool and gives a dewy glow. The ultra-fine pearls create a luxurious skin texture. Compared to the gold pearl base from Chanel (which has the same tube but a black cap), this one feels more firm, has a higher pearl density, and gives a more radiant look. It feels a bit greasy after application, which is disappointing. Depending on the foundation used, it can sometimes pill when applied over makeup. Using a full squeeze is fine, but when using small amounts, product can accumulate at the nozzle and harden, making the next use inconvenient. And then there's the price. When using after makeup, you can use it as a highlighter. The fine particles create a subtle shimmer, not chunky glitter. It's great mixed with foundation. As someone with slightly sunken cheeks, it gives a nice volumizing effect. You can use it for a subtle glow on various areas like under the eyes, nose bridge, collarbones, legs, and cheekbones. I'm really satisfied with the subtle glow it gives - it's not overly shiny, but creates a natural, veil-like luminosity. The price point is a bit high, which is disappointing. The pump dispenses a single-use amount, but it's too much for me since I only apply a tiny bit on my nose bridge. I wish the volume control was more manageable. When mixed with foundation, it gives an overall subtle glow. If you lightly dab it on after your base makeup, it creates a delicate shimmer just in those areas.

I use it in two ways: after applying a brightening moisturizer sunscreen, I dab it on specific areas for finishing touches, or I apply it all over before using cushion foundation to even out my skin tone and texture. Interestingly, quite a few people have asked me why my complexion looks so good when I wear this! The pump dispenser is a bit tricky. The nozzle seems too short for the formula, so even when you're careful, it tends to drip and make a mess. It's a hassle having to constantly wipe and close it properly. For combination dehydrated skin with large pores... You know how pearlescent products can make each pore shine and stand out if applied incorrectly, right? This one actually makes your skin look clearer overall! Personally, I absolutely adore the rosy scent. The texture is thinner than expected, and application is a breeze - just rub it in and you're done! It absorbs incredibly fast! Only pump about half-way. If you press it fully... it can be overwhelming. At first, not knowing any better, I pressed it all the way and oh boy, my palm was covered! You really need to be careful with the amount! If you're buying this for coverage, don't. It has zero coverage whatsoever. After your skincare routine, apply a small amount all over your face. Then, after foundation or cushion, lightly dab it on highlight areas for that Chanel-level glow! It gives such a beautiful radiance...
