Of course, the cleansing water would have the best cleansing power, wouldn't it??
The cleansing power of this product... I really, really, really praise it haha
I usually use a lot of pearl in my eye makeup, but regular cleansing waters usually can't remove (?) it well. But this product was able to remove even the fine pearls! I give this part exceptional praise!

When the cleansing power is good, there are often oil ingredients added, which can leave a sticky feeling. But this product didn't do that! Even after removing everything, there was a refreshing feeling, you know? I usually apply my makeup very lightly, but even that thin layer was cleaned off completely, leaving my skin feeling fresh and clean, so I felt good after washing my face:)

As a sebum control cleansing water, it was a perfect match for my oily skin! I think this is one of the reasons why I could feel the freshness after cleansing.

This is a review from the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. I have oily skin and tend to get blemishes when my pores are clogged.
First of all, the cleansing power is satisfactory. It removed a stubborn sunscreen that's difficult to wash off, but it came off completely.
The fragrance is not unpleasant either.
After cleansing, my skin doesn't immediately feel dry.
It does have a slightly runny texture, but it's not completely watery, and when I gently pat it, I can feel a bit of moisturizing effect.

✔ Fragrance: When I first soak the cotton pad with the product, there is an alcohol-like scent. So I have been waiting for the scent to fade a bit before using it.

✔ Packaging: The cap is not a twist-off type, so I always have to be careful about leaks when carrying it around. Also, it was too much of a hassle to decant it into a smaller bottle.

I have combination skin that tends to get very dehydrated during the transitional seasons. After using makeup, I would feel tightness on my face when using cleansing water, so I had been using cleansing cream instead. However, the Nivea Cleansing Water, which seems to have a separate formula for oily skin, did not leave any tightness on my face after use! When I would just use a cleansing foam after applying a water-resistant sunscreen, I would have to double or triple cleanse to remove all the residue. But after using the cleansing water, I was able to thoroughly remove the water-resistant sunscreen with just one cleansing session.:)

Personally, I always felt that tone-up creams were a bit harder to remove than foundations when using a cleansing water. But this Nivea product removed it really well, so I think it will work great even if I use a foundation. Of course, in terms of cost-effectiveness, The Face Shop is still better, but the Nivea product also has a good amount of product, so I think everyone will be satisfied!

There aren't really any downsides so far! The only slightly concerning thing is that if you open the lid carelessly, it might spill. But the opening isn't as large as I expected, so I haven't actually spilled any yet.ㅎㅎ

Since I have oily skin and it's summer, I sweat a lot and feel sticky, so I wanted to try a different product instead of the cleansing water I usually use. I'm glad I was selected and can leave this review.😄

My skin type is oily in the summer (it used to be extremely oily, but now it's just oily) and damp in the winter. Even in the winter when my skin is damp, I still prefer using a cleansing water for the first cleanse as it feels cleaner and less oily than using an oil or cream. So I use a cleansing water all year round.

1. It removes makeup well.
Since it's summer, I've been sweating a lot and my skin gets oily, so I don't wear much makeup these days, just the Coreana tone-up cream. (If I do wear makeup, I usually use the Estée Lauder foundation in the summer.) The Coreana tone-up cream was a bit difficult to remove with my usual first cleanse, but the Nivea product removed it really well! (My usual cleansing water is the The Face Shop Green Tea Cleansing Water.)
The tone-up cream would leave a slightly clogged feeling, and it was difficult to remove, but this Nivea product removed it well in the first cleanse.

2. It's moisturizing.
I was a bit worried that since I chose the oily skin cleansing water for the Hwahae trial, it might be a bit drying. But it wasn't at all! It felt just as moisturizing as my usual The Face Shop cleansing water, if not a bit more so.

I keep my cosmetics in the refrigerator in the summer. Even though this is a cleansing product, if you take it out of the refrigerator and use it before showering or cleansing, you can use it without it being too cold. If it's too cold, it can cause irritation~!

The disappointing part is that I found it a bit irritating... It's not extremely stinging, but there is a slight burning sensation. Compared to the cleansing power, this is quite disappointing. I'd recommend other products for those with sensitive skin~
For dry skin types, this would be really good!

Personally, the cleansing power was quite good. It removed makeup well. Even with light rolling without scrubbing too hard, it removed it well.
Since it's a water-based formula, I think it would be great to use with cotton pads. Use cotton pads on the eyes, cheeks, and chin, and it seems to remove makeup or sunscreen very well! The cleansing power is really the best~!!

First, the delivery was slower than expected, and I had to leave for a vacation before receiving the product, so I haven't had much time to actually use the product. I usually write product reviews after using the product consistently for at least two weeks, so I'll just provide a brief review for now and update it in more detail soon. Please just take this as a quick reference!
🙆🏻‍♂️ In terms of ingredients, I think there are both pros and cons. The formulation seems quite simple compared to other products, indicating that unnecessary ingredients have been excluded, and the focus is on cleansing. However, the fact that denatured alcohol is the third ingredient on the list, and PEG ingredients are included, is quite disappointing.
🙆🏻‍♂️ It didn't cause major breakouts for my oily and sensitive skin. However, during the days I used this product, I made sure to double cleanse, using a cleansing water for the first cleanse and a cleansing foam for the second cleanse.
🙆🏻‍♂️ The positive is that my skin doesn't feel dry after using the product. The downside is that there seems to be an oily residue left behind, possibly due to the oil ingredients used to maintain the moisturizing effect, which is why I continued the double cleansing routine.

The only downside is that waterproof eyeliner or mascara is not completely removed, so you have to use an eye makeup remover separately.
Also, the lid part is difficult to get used to the click-open mechanism and it feels slippery, which is disappointing.

I liked the mild and non-irritating points.
I have large pores and an oily complexion, and I was worried that using oil to remove makeup would sometimes clog my pores, but since it's a cleansing water, it's gentle, so I'm satisfied.

When I use it in the bubble maker container, it's even gentler, so I used the bubble container instead of cotton pads.
The bubbles form well and the rich bubbles help remove makeup without irritation.
It removes lipstick and foundation fairly well.

I was worried about the high alcohol content, but there was no irritation.

The formula is completely watery, so I think using a 1/2 split cotton pad that's dampened works well to use it without needing a lot of product. And since it definitely feels gentle, I often use it with a cotton swab dampened to remove eye makeup - it's not very irritating on the eyes!

Packaging
If it had been a pump-style packaging like other brands, it would have been much more convenient to use. As someone who does makeup every day, taking off makeup is much more of a hassle than putting it on, and the process of taking it out, getting the cleansing water, and then pressing it onto the cotton pad and putting it back is quite inconvenient. If it was a pump-style where I could just press down, my quality of life would improve tenfold!

Cleansing power
Since it's a low-irritation product, I didn't feel that the cleansing power was significantly better than other brands.. But it does remove regular skin makeup and color cosmetics well. It just doesn't remove strongly pigmented makeup or mascara very well.. But since I saw the oil control effect, I'm quite satisfied with the cleansing power to that degree!

Pore tightening
The product claims to have pore tightening effects, but I didn't really notice that effect while using it.

Effective for oil control
Even though I didn't do any separate oil control during the time I was using this, I felt that it was controlling my oil well!

Gentleness
When I first started using it, I didn't think it was that gentle because I could smell the alcohol. But after using it for a week, I didn't get any major breakouts or closed comedones, so it seems fairly gentle! However, compared to other products with stronger cleansing power, it's not extremely low-irritation, just relatively low-irritation..!

Fragrance
When I first dispense it onto a cotton pad and apply it to my face, there's a slight alcohol scent, but after a little while, there's almost no distinctive fragrance (it's almost fragrance-free), so even people sensitive to scents should be able to use it comfortably.

Delivery: The package was very well wrapped in bubble wrap when it arrived.
I was worried that it might be broken, dented, or crushed, but when I received the package, those worries disappeared. The delivery is also praiseworthy.
Cleansing Power: It's not extremely good, but it cleans up nicely. It doesn't all come off in one go, but it takes one or two tries to remove it. Still, it seems to remove it fairly well.
Dosage Control: The dosage control is a bit tricky. When you press it, it kind of 'pops' out (?) and I was a bit startled by how much came out suddenly.
Removability: It wipes off cleanly, leaving no residue or stickiness, which is good.
Sebum & Acne: It doesn't make them completely disappear, but it seems to reduce them slightly.

My skin type is generally dry and oily, and I don't have any issues with acne or other skin troubles.

⭐️Most makeup can be thoroughly cleansed off. In my case, I don't use mascara for my makeup, and the makeup without mascara can be completely removed. Occasionally, when I wear false lashes, the eyeliner on the lash line is the only part that's a bit difficult to remove, but otherwise, it comes off well.

⭐️I'm not very knowledgeable about ingredients, so I can't really evaluate them, but based on my skin's reaction, there doesn't seem to be any irritation or skin issues.

If you prefer a moisturizing experience, use the bubble maker. If you prefer a refreshing finish, use a cotton pad.
