I've been using this for over 6 months, and there's absolutely no clumping when applying or even when dipping the brush! It goes on smoothly and naturally darkens your lashes. The best part? It doesn't smudge at all, so you don't have to worry about crying with mascara on - that's the biggest advantage! If you've had a lash perm, this mascara is perfect for adding natural volume. I've tried both Peripera's Long Lash and Neat Curling, and this time I decided to go with the Neat one because I was worried about clumping with the volumizing one. The Neat one applies nicely and doesn't smudge much, which I really like.
Cons
There's not much I dislike, but it would be great if they had some kind of buy-one-get-one-free promotion.

I really liked how it applied evenly, without clumping, just like my lashes became darker one by one.
Cons
It doesn't hold well... It droops way too quickly. It's about on par with the Etude House Sheer Tint Cushion in my opinion.
Tip
After applying it once and just touching up the roots a bit, it does seem to last a little longer...? But it still ends up drooping...
