I prefer mineral sunscreens. The biggest advantage of sun sticks is that they are very easy to use. You just need to swipe it on, without having to spread it with your hands, which is very convenient. There is also hardly any white cast, so it just subtly evens out my bare skin tone, which I really liked. The amount is just right for about a year's use.
ConsI've been experiencing some skin troubles, not too severe, but ranging from whiteheads to small pimples. It seems the wax ingredients in the product may not be agreeing with my skin. Additionally, the product has a peculiar, unpleasant odor. While the lack of fragrances is a positive, this odd smell is a bit problematic.

It's not oily and finishes with a soft, powdery feel, applying smoothly without any clumping, which I liked.
ConsSince it's the nature of a non-absorbing product, it's essential to use a puff to blend it when applying it over makeup.

I ended up purchasing the Benton Sun Stick as it is a mineral sunscreen but has less white cast and a powdery finish. As it is a mineral sunscreen, some white cast was unavoidable. At first, I thought it wasn't applying well, as I had to apply it multiple times before my face looked white. However, compared to other mineral sunscreens, the white cast is significantly less. Just one or two layers is enough to use it with almost no white cast. It also has a powdery finish, so even though I have oily skin, I can use it comfortably in the summer. The ingredients are gentle enough for a baby to use, which is reassuring. While some reviews mentioned an unpleasant scent, when I sniffed the stick directly, I could detect an odor, but I couldn't smell it once applied to my face. This may be a personal difference.
ConsThe biggest downside seems to be the lack of spreadability. It only seems to apply when you really press it into the skin, and when you apply it, the skin becomes reddened from the irritation. It doesn't spread smoothly at all. If you have sensitive skin, this might not be a good fit. No matter how good the other aspects are, I don't think I can use this anymore because of this...

I purchased it to use on exposed skin like my arms and neck, and it fits my usage needs very well. The size is also good, not too big to carry around.
ConsThe downside is that while there's no stickiness, the thickness of the application feels a bit uncomfortable in the summer, but I can get used to it.

Mineral-based Sunstick Unlike most sunsticks that contain organic filters, mineral-based sunsticks can be applied right before going out, which is very convenient. 2. Smooth Application It applies smoothly and feels great. 3. No Whitening Effect Mineral-based sunscreens are known to have a whitening effect, but this one doesn't have that issue at all.
Cons1. Small Volume The biggest downside is that the volume is much smaller compared to other sunsticks. This means it gets used up quickly, which is quite disappointing. 2. Leftover Product With the small 15g volume, there is often some product left at the very end that cannot be used, making the actual usable amount even smaller.

There was also no whitening effect or eye irritation. Since I have an oily complexion, I would recommend it more for body use rather than the face.
ConsFrom the perspective of a dry, acne-prone skin type (with the T-zone being especially problematic), after using the sun stick, there was some caking when applying makeup, especially around the wider pores on the nose area. Over time, the oil also seemed to become more excessive. Compared to when I first started using it, after about a month, the stick felt smoother, but the oily feeling also seemed to increase more during that time.

The best part is that you can swipe and spread it on without getting it on your hands. There's no white cast and no eye irritation.
ConsSince it's still in the early stage of use, it feels a bit thick and sticky when applying, rather than smooth and gliding on.
TipHmm.. not really anything special;;

ConsThe application seems a bit unsatisfactory, but other than that, there don't seem to be any downsides.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsIt's great that it goes on lightly and doesn't leave a white cast on the skin. And since it's a mineral sunscreen, it seems like even sensitive skin can use it. Organic sunscreens can sometimes sting the eyes, but mineral ones don't have that concern. Sunscreen can be a hassle to apply, but sunscreen sticks are easy to use without getting it on your hands.
ConsCompared to the Dewytree sunscreen stick, the Benton one feels much thicker and harder to apply. Also, the edges at the end seem to stick out, making it difficult to apply evenly.

I repurchased it during a daily special deal.
ConsAs it's a physical sunscreen, it does have a thicker feel, and the oil can come up over time.
