Usually, gentle pH-balanced shampoos with good ingredients can leave hair feeling stiff, but this one lathers well and leaves my hair feeling soft and clean.
ConsDespite the seemingly good ingredients, it didn't work for me unfortunately. I'm not sure if it's because of poor cleansing effectiveness... Recently, my hairstylist mentioned that my hair was dry. The dryness suggests it might be cleansing well, but it's puzzling. It also sometimes leaves my hair slightly matted. Moreover, I experienced itchiness after washing, which suggests something in it doesn't agree with me. I'm prone to blemishes from incompatible shampoos, and I developed some along my hairline, jaw, behind my ears, and upper neck area, so I had to stop using it. And so, my journey as a shampoo nomad continues... This is the second time - even the current shampoo and treatment I switched to don't suit me, so I'm off to find yet another new one.

I have waist-length hair that's quite damaged from perms and coloring. My bangs tend to get oily after about 8 hours, while the rest of my hair starts to get greasy after about half a day. This shampoo has a transparent, powdery floral scent with a hint of coconut. It's a fragrance that might divide opinions! Since I often wear my permed hair in a messy bun at home, I usually lose a handful of hair when washing in the morning. But with this shampoo, it's only about half that amount... haha! It lathers up beautifully - two squeezes are enough to massage your entire scalp thoroughly! While it's not dramatically softening to the point where you could skip conditioner, it's much gentler than other non-damage care shampoos. It doesn't make my hair get greasy too quickly either. Even with my oily-prone hair, I only start to notice oil coming back the next morning. For my bangs, it's around evening on the same day. It doesn't loosen my perm, maintains my curls well, and overall, there's really nothing to complain about. It's just a great shampoo!
ConsThe scent might be a bit... strong? Since it's a powdery fragrance, it could be hit or miss for some people.
TipConditioner is a must after use!

The lather is rich and plentiful. It leaves hair feeling soft and smooth. The subtle baby scent is pleasant and not overpowering. With biotin as an ingredient, it seems beneficial for preventing hair loss too. Overall, it's quite good in many aspects. Once I finish this bottle, I'm considering repurchasing.
ConsFor those with oily hair or who wash every other day, as well as people with very oily scalps, it might be challenging to achieve a thorough cleansing feeling. The fragrance might be overwhelming for those who prefer fragrance-free products.
TipI'm currently using three different shampoos. I alternate between a scalp shampoo one day and a hair shampoo the next, basically using them according to the condition of my scalp and hair.

I have long hair, and if I don't wash it for just one day, it gets itchy and greasy. The fragrance of this product is really lovely - a cozy powder scent. It's non-irritating and doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff. When I rinse, my hair feels soft. After washing, I can tell the product is gentle. My scalp doesn't itch anymore.
ConsThe lather is a bit disappointing. It doesn't seem to foam up very richly. Since my hair is quite long, I have to squeeze the bottle five times, but it still doesn't feel very abundant. The scent doesn't last long. Once I dry my hair, the fragrance disappears.
TipThis product would likely suit those with sensitive scalps or damaged hair. After shampooing and using the treatment, even when my hair is dry, it feels soft and calm.

The scent is powdery but not overpowering, so it's not off-putting. I usually have a hot scalp and my hair gets greasy VERY quickly. Even just 12 hours after washing, it looks like I haven't washed it for two days, which can be quite stressful. Unlike other shampoos, this scalp shampoo leaves my hair feeling soft even without using conditioner. Usually, scalp shampoos make my hair feel rough, turning it into a broomstick without treatment, but this one keeps it smooth on its own. Most importantly, let's talk about hair loss. Before using this, I was losing clumps of hair, but now it's reduced by half! Hooray!
ConsWhile there were many positives, I haven't found any downsides yet.
