I took these pads on a trip, and despite some leaking in my suitcase, I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of toner still sloshing around when I opened the container. Thanks to that, I was able to use them throughout my vacation! - No irritation! I've had experiences where toner pads caused burning or tingling sensations, so I was a bit worried. However, these pads are gentle and non-irritating. I'm prone to blemishes, but using these didn't seem to cause any additional breakouts. - Great for hydration! After cleansing, I leave a pad on my face for about 5 minutes while I dry my hair, and it doesn't dry out even after I'm done. I've been disappointed by quickly drying pads before, so this aspect really impressed me. It also seems to help my makeup apply smoothly without pilling.
Cons- The quantity is limited! With 60 pads, using 3 pads a day (morning and night) only lasts 10 days... It would be great if we could split each pad in half. The pads are quite thick, but when I tried to separate them, only a thin layer came off and they wouldn't split properly. Pads that could be easily torn in half would be more economical. - An built-in tweezer would be a nice addition! Many products nowadays come with tweezers attached to the lid, but this one doesn't have that feature. It's not just about hygiene - towards the end of the container, it becomes difficult to pick up individual pads with your fingers as they're so deep inside.

My skin used to be just oily, but after overusing spicule ampoules (like R*shot products), I developed seborrheic dermatitis and became prone to blemishes and sensitivity. As a result, I ended up with extremely problematic skin - excessive sebum production, sensitivity, and frequent breakouts. So when choosing skincare products, my top priority is finding ones that cause minimal irritation. The frustrating thing about this skin type is that using gentle products with low irritation can actually cause sebum to explode, leading to acne breakouts! That's why for the first step of my skincare routine - toner - I can only use products that meet two criteria: first, very gentle pads/cotton, and second, ingredients that soothe blemishes. Before using the A-Solution Acne Clear Toner Pads 60 Count, I first examined the ingredients. I found it contains Centella Asiatica, which is known for soothing blemishes. It also contains salicylic acid, making it suitable for daily care of oily skin. The texture of the toner pads is slightly thick. One side is embossed and the other is pure cotton, so it's great for using the embossed side after evening cleansing and the cotton side after morning cleansing. The pads are also saturated with the formula, so they stay moist for a long time even when lightly placed on the skin. Can you see the moisture content when you tilt the pad container slightly? Because they're so saturated, they don't irritate the skin and allow for gentle care. As for the most important aspect - its effectiveness in treating blemishes! I'm not sure about its effect on pimples that have already formed pus. However, I saw improvements in mouth area breakouts that appear before and after my period, small bumps without pus, and in fading scars left after extractions!
ConsWhile it's a low-irritation pad, it contains salicylic acid, so on days when my skin is really sensitive, it can cause an overall tingling sensation. Also, many products these days come with built-in tweezers, which would make this more hygienic. I usually think tweezers are unnecessary for thin pads, but since these pads are thick, tweezers would probably work well with them.
TipIf you have blemish-prone skin, please don't refrigerate the pads, store them at room temperature. Using refrigerated pads to reduce heat can actually cause irritation.

My skin is prone to small blemishes and clogged pores filled with sebum. First off, the pads feel generously soaked with toner. It seems wasteful to use and discard after one wipe, so I'd recommend squeezing out some excess before use - that should be perfect. While not as thick as some other brand's pads, they're still on the thicker side. You could probably split one or two pads, making them great for use as a mini-mask by leaving them on your face. It seems to have a slight effect on improving dead skin cells. While it's good for facial use, I found it also worked well on areas where I've removed hair. I didn't experience any tingling or redness. There's also minimal residue left on the skin.
ConsTo be honest, I'm not sure if it actually reduces sebum. It feels more like it's preventing acne from worsening, and I'll likely keep using it because it's gentle on the eyes and feels refreshing. The price isn't particularly cheap, so I'd only recommend it to those who are curious to try it out. The pads aren't very large in size. Also, note that there's no built-in tweezer, so keep that in mind.
TipGive it a try on areas prone to ingrown hairs!

They're very moist and hydrating.
Cons✓ The pads are not particularly large, which is a bit disappointing. Many brands offer bigger pads these days. ✓ There's no tweezer included. Given that the container isn't particularly short, this makes it inconvenient to use.
TipFor best results, gently sweep the smooth side across your entire face, then use the textured side to focus on problem areas!

So when I was selected for The Hwahae Testers this time, I was really excited to try these out! I highly recommend these toner pads for those with super sensitive skin! I have combination dehydrated skin that's also sensitive, and I think these pads are perfect for use from around this time of year through summer! 1. Texture and Application As you can see in the photo, the pad has different textures on each side. This makes it really convenient - you can use the soft side for a toner pack, and the textured side for gently exfoliating areas like your nose. I love how versatile it is! Also, I'm a big fan of how thick each pad is!!! The thickness allows for gentle exfoliation of dead skin cells. You know how with thinner pads, you can feel them rubbing against your skin? With these, the thickness and softness mean it doesn't feel harsh or irritating at all. It definitely gives a subtle yet effective cleanse. If you have combination dehydrated skin, I think you could use these daily! However, if you have dry-to-combination sensitive skin, it might be better to use them on specific days of the week. My skin had no negative reactions - I was able to use them very comfortably. 2. Results As I mentioned earlier, this product provides a very gentle yet effective exfoliation! That's why I think it would be great to use every day during the summer. For those with sensitive skin, sometimes just hydrating pads aren't quite enough. When you're constantly dealing with blemishes, you need continuous soothing care. While this product doesn't dramatically calm the skin, I feel like it's constantly working to subtly manage and improve my complexion! I often use it as a toner pack too, and I love how it provides a nice boost of hydration. Remember, sometimes all it takes is proper hydration to get your skin back on track! Even if it's not this product, make sure you're always locking in that deep hydration in your skincare routine.... 3. Recommendation There are so many toner pads out there that it would probably take a year to try them all! But I really hope you'll give these a try during that year! I highly recommend these for anyone looking for a product that both soothes and gently exfoliates! There's just something about the A.Solution brand that always appeals to me... Their products are genuinely high-quality and always give me this clean, fresh feeling...
ConsUnfortunately, there's no tweezer included :( You know how inconvenient this can be, right? These days, most pads come with a built-in tweezer, often with a little hook on the lid to hang it. But this one... just doesn't have it. That's probably the biggest drawback. I have about 3 different toner pads open, so I just use the tweezer from another one, but for those who don't, this could be quite inconvenient.
TipThese pads are great not just for your morning cleanse, but also for wiping away that excess oil that builds up around 3 PM... you know what I mean, right?
