It cleanses well and doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff. It also lathers up nicely. I need to be more thorough with cleansing compared to my previous shampoo. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 5, 2022
The shampoo has a nice consistency, not too thin but with just the right amount of viscosity. I bought it knowing it was scented, and I'm pleased with the subtle lemon fragrance that's not overpowering. Considering the need to combat scalp odor, a light scent seems appropriate. I recall a popular YouTuber mentioning that a small amount of fragrance is acceptable and can even have preservative effects. It lathers well and has excellent cleansing effectiveness, making it perfect for my teenage kids with oily skin. It's great as a family-sized product with its large volume. When it's on sale on Hwahae, I'll likely purchase it again. I'm using it quite happily without any particular complaints. For best results, thoroughly wet your hair with warm water. Use about a 500 won coin-sized amount for the initial wash, rinse lightly, then use slightly less than that for the main wash. This method produces rich lather and leaves your hair feeling clean, even with a small amount of product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 1, 2019
It has superior cleansing effectiveness compared to other natural products and is relatively affordable I've tried the peach, evening, rose, and lemon scents, but I had no idea how different each fragrance would affect my scalp. With peach and evening, my scalp felt a bit stuffy and oily quickly. The Midnight Rose worked well for my oily scalp, but the lemon was terrible. I usually avoid citrus scents as they don't suit me, but I never expected to react so sensitively to citrus fragrances. My scalp burned and turned red, and my hair was falling out like crazy. I stopped using it after only getting through a third of the bottle. I've never had such an experience with shampoo before. The Midnight Rose scent is fine, but the lemon is absolutely dreadful - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 22, 2019
I loved that it didn't cause dandruff. It feels like it cleanses well, and I appreciate that it's a large size so I can use it for a long time. The stiff feeling is a bit disappointing. It doesn't have that silky, flowing texture. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 28, 2019
* Scent I love the fragrance! Usually, products with lemon scents are too subtle, but this one has a wonderfully strong aroma! If you enjoy citrusy scents but don't like them too tart, this product might feel a bit intense. It's more zesty than sweet, with a burst of freshness. * Cleansing effectiveness It's excellent! As someone with very oily hair, I prioritize cleansing power, and this doesn't disappoint. If I wash at 8 AM, my hair starts to get a bit greasy around 9 PM, but that might be due to the warmer weather... I'm satisfied with this level of performance. Despite its strong cleansing ability, I didn't experience any dryness. * Price Considering the volume and ingredients, it's reasonably priced. * Softness Even without using conditioner, my hair feels soft after washing. I didn't have any issues. Some products cause dandruff on my scalp, but this one didn't. If you really dislike strong citrus scents, you might want to choose a different fragrance option. When your hair is extremely greasy, it might not lather well. I recommend washing lightly once, then following up with a second wash for best results. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2019
The best thing about this shampoo is its great value for money, especially given the large size. I also love that it doesn't leave that slippery feeling like my previous shampoo, so I don't have to rinse for ages. The cleansing effectiveness is pretty good too. It's truly the best bang for your buck! The scent, well... I'm not a fan of it personally. Also, for those with oily scalps like mine, it only takes a day before your hair gets greasy again. But I'm grateful it's not just half a day at least. I don't have any special tips to share, I'm afraid. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 23, 2018
I bought this along with the treatment when it was on sale. The foam is amazing, and the cleansing effectiveness is really good. Above all, the volume is huge! It lasts forever even with regular use. Maybe it's because I already like lemons, but the scent was pleasantly subtle too! As for downsides... there's not really anything specific. Maybe just that the price is a bit steep? Stock up when it's on sale! But honestly, even at full price, it's a product you won't regret buying. It's worth every penny. If you massage your scalp with this, pressing firmly as you shampoo, then apply the treatment just to your hair ends for 5-10 minutes before rinsing, it's great in so many ways. I definitely plan to repurchase! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 10, 2018
The cleansing effectiveness is absolutely top-notch! It lathers up so well on the hair, highly recommended for those with thick hair!! Also, the cleansing power is so good, another big plus for people with lots of hair! The foam rinses out quickly. You'll feel your hair squeaking clean. Don't worry though, it doesn't dry out your hair excessively. I didn't get any dandruff. The best thing about this shampoo is how it lathers up satisfyingly and rinses out thoroughly. It's a bit on the pricier side, but with hair down to my chest, it lasted about two months. Even after two months, there's still about a third left... It's lasting so long I'm almost tired of it... haha! I've already bought Kérastase, but I'm wondering when I'll get to use it. I'll have to finish this one first before trying the Kérastase I bought. So I guess it's good value for money... My hair condition hasn't worsened, but I think no matter what shampoo you use, applying a hair essence is always beneficial. With just this shampoo, my hair doesn't tangle much. I think it depends on how damaged your hair is. While the value for money seems good, I wish it was a bit cheaper. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 19, 2018
I used the Bebe Musk scent. It has a powdery fragrance similar to No. 5, which surprised me at first. The bottle design is absolutely lovely and practical for pumping. The cleansing effectiveness was great too! When I first used this, it felt so gentle that I didn't even need conditioner, which was amazing. I have thick, healthy hair. But right after the first day, I noticed my hair becoming thinner. Thinking it was strange, I continued using it, but my hair kept breaking easily and noticeably thinning. My hair rapidly weakened, losing its elasticity too. This is my second natural shampoo; I previously used A*ma*ca without issues, but disliked its scent, so I chose Dr. Seed. While Dr. Seed feels nice to use, I question if it's truly beneficial for hair health. It's the only product that's ever caused issues with my hair. The conditioning effect is good, but why does my hair keep weakening? I'm finishing it up because it's a shame to waste, but I'm planning to switch to something new.
