That's why I went looking for one. An Olive Young employee recommended this cream, saying it's widely used post-dermatological treatments. My skin was quite sensitive after laser treatment, but thanks to this cream, it calmed down quickly.
ConsThe texture is quite rich, which makes it a bit heavy for daytime use. I'd recommend applying it before bedtime. It doesn't absorb particularly fast. Make sure to pat it in well to help it absorb.

With my combination-dehydrated skin, it's great for winter, but feels a bit heavy for summer. That said, I feel like it's really strengthened my skin barrier. Even when my skin wasn't at its best, applying this before bed left my complexion smooth and refreshed the next morning. I've been recommending it left and right to everyone I know!
ConsFor my combination-dehydrated skin, it's a bit too rich for summer use. I only apply a small amount to areas prone to wrinkles before bed. It's important to note that it doesn't spread well if applied while your toner or serum is still absorbing. Make sure to let previous layers sink in completely before applying this cream. The texture is quite thick and concentrated.

This allowed me to use it consistently for a whole year! As someone whose skin often acts up, this is the cream I've had the most success with. I definitely plan to repurchase!
ConsThe rich texture makes it difficult to absorb if applied immediately after cleansing. I recommend applying a thin layer of toner or serum before using this cream.
Tip1. Apply a thin layer of toner/serum 2. Layer on a thick coat of the pomade cream 3. Spray mist to aid absorption and reduce stickiness

This cream was the only thing that worked for me during those moments. It's truly become my must-have product. It's fantastic for calming irritated skin, and if you apply it well and let it absorb, your complexion gets this beautiful glow.
ConsIt's a bit rich in texture, so you need to apply a small amount, spread it evenly, and make sure it absorbs well.

Its texture is both dewy and lightweight, making it easy to apply. However, it does require some patting to fully absorb into the skin. This product is particularly recommended for dry skin types. Personally, I noticed a significant reduction in blemishes the day after use. Many friends and YouTubers have also raved about it in their honest reviews, making it a suitable daily option for anyone looking for an effective and gentle skincare product.
ConsThe formula feels a bit heavy for morning application and doesn't absorb exceptionally well. Rather than dramatically eliminating blemishes or marks, it seems to work more towards maintaining stable skin conditions to prevent new breakouts. I didn't experience the dramatic results some users reported, only noticing a slight reduction in blemishes, which felt like a limited effect.
TipThe most effective combination for fading acne marks involved using an LED mask, followed by toning with Bring Green toner to refine skin texture. Next, I applied COSRX Vitamin C serum (23%), then layered on Bioderma Cicabio Pommade, and finished with a NACIFIC product. Following this routine consistently resulted in noticeable skin improvements by the next day.

The triple moisturizing ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and xylitol, create a protective moisture barrier on the skin, keeping it hydrated for hours. It's especially effective when applied generously to sensitive or flaky skin - you'll notice a significantly smoother complexion the next day. Despite its rich texture, it adheres well to the skin when applied, and you can feel it quickly calming any redness caused by external irritants or blemishes. A major plus is that it's fragrance-free, colorant-free, and non-comedogenic, making it safe for sensitive skin and even infants! It's my go-to regenerating cream for dry winter months, when my skin barrier is weakened, or after exfoliation when my skin needs extra moisture. I plan to keep using it as a reliable skin savior.
ConsFirst off, the rich and thick texture makes it feel a bit heavy when applying, and it takes some time to absorb, leaving a slightly sticky residue on the skin. Especially for those with oily skin, it can make the face look too shiny, making frequent use challenging. If you have oily or combination skin, be cautious about using it daily as it might cause small bumps or pimples. After application, it tends to attract hair and dust, and when used under makeup, it can sometimes cause pilling. I mainly used it at night or on days when I wasn't going out. The 40ml size is relatively small, so it runs out quickly if used generously. Also, those sensitive to certain ingredients like mineral oil should check the ingredient list before use.
TipFor sensitive skin or after exfoliation, apply a generous amount and use it with a wrap, plastic pack, or modeling mask to reduce stickiness and improve absorption. For extremely dry areas, apply it thickly like a sleeping pack for more soothed and hydrated skin the next morning. If you have oily or combination skin, try applying a thin layer or mixing it with oil or a lighter cream for a more comfortable use. It's also great for rough areas on the body like elbows and heels, leaving skin soft and smooth. When using before makeup, I recommend applying only a small amount!

However, this product is great as it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry even in the winter.
ConsThe hair sticks together and when a large amount is applied at once, it does not absorb well and seems to just sit on the surface.
TipApply a small amount to your fingertips, gently massage it until it melts, then spread it evenly over your face in layers for optimal absorption.

ConsI wouldn't recommend this product alone as a barrier cream for super sensitive skin It's very rich and takes a while to melt in and absorb completely
TipI apply it as the final step in my nighttime routine and layer it on dry areas

Even as an adult, I battled blemishes... Turns out, I actually have combination dehydrated skin. I especially had small bumps and inflammation on my cheeks. I use these three products differently depending on the season and my skin's condition. I tried Cicabio for the first time recently - those with oily skin might not like it, but I'd recommend it for dry and combination dehydrated skin types. For skin repair, I think consistently providing hydration is better than using expensive creams. I usually use Aestura Daily, but when my redness is severe or after popping a pimple, I apply it generously just on my cheeks. I wholeheartedly recommend these products! (Especially if you have similar skin to mine)
ConsThe absorption isn't great, and you need to apply it after everything else has been absorbed
TipApply this as the very last step and only at night. Don't use it on days when you're doing a mask. If you find it heavy, try applying a thick layer just on dry areas like your cheeks or nasolabial folds

But since using this pomade, I've seen a real improvement! Other products would leave my skin feeling dry and cracked shortly after application, but with this pomade, I can sleep comfortably through the night.
ConsIt absorbs slowly, so it tends to rub off on my pillow. However, the benefits are so good that I'm willing to overlook this minor drawback.
