I've added this. I had a lot of milia and cystic acne due to skin problems. Since it was summer, I was just using gel creams, but I felt my skin was getting too dry, so I tried this cream as a last resort. And lo and behold, my skin calmed down overnight!!! After struggling with acne for a month, having it calm down overnight was just unbelievable. Be sure to apply this as the last step after thoroughly hydrating your skin. That way, you'll see the effects even more.

Because of that, for dry skin types, it's probably best to use this as the last step, and you should apply a moisture-rich serum or something similar in the middle to get that hydration.
