It's not heavy or sticky, so I layered it twice and it turned out very hydrating and powdery, which I really like.

The fragrance may feel a bit artificial, like a floral soap. The scent doesn't linger for long, but a more subtle fragrance would be better.

My skin type is dry and atopic. In the fall and winter, I have to pay a lot of attention to moisture because of extreme dryness. I prefer an essence that finishes with a soft, powdery texture rather than a rich, oily one. It's great because it's hydrating and absorbs well, without being sticky, and has a soft, powdery finish. Even so, it seems to manage the inner dryness to some extent, so my skin feels comfortable.
