This is a toner with a slightly viscous, semi-transparent to transparent texture. At first, it seems like it might not absorb well into the skin, but once applied, it gets quickly absorbed and does an excellent job of addressing both internal and external dryness. This is a great product that applies lightly like a watery toner. After wiping my face with a water-based cleansing toner, this toner adds extra moisture, so there was no dryness even in the winter. It has almost no scent and has good absorbency. I've only used it in the winter so far, but the good absorption makes me think it could also be used in the summer.
