I bought this from Kpop last year for around $50. What a great value! It's a pressed powder formula with a peach-pink shade and super fine, densely packed shimmer particles. The pigmentation is good, but the color itself isn't too bold. It blends naturally, so even a quick application looks pretty. I'm a shade 22, but I prefer a brighter base. For those with fair skin, this will give a lovely, subtle pink flush. Oh, how I envy those with fair skin! I know e.l.f. is an eco-friendly brand with a wide range of affordable products, but their offline stores only carry a limited selection. They have so many color cosmetics and base products... I really hope we'll be able to test and shop for more of their products in-store soon. For me, this blush appears as a pink with a white undertone. It looks beautiful when applied as an under-eye base and topped with some glitter. As I've gotten older, my lips seem to be getting smaller - or maybe it's just pandemic weight gain making my cheeks look fuller. Either way, when I'm lining my lips, I like to use this blush with a tip brush along the edges. It creates a nice over-lined effect with a pretty gradient. Just note that for better longevity, it's best to apply a thin layer of foundation or cushion on the lips before using the blush. I apologize for the poor quality of the reference photo. The actual product looks a thousand times prettier in person. For reference, I have a deep warm undertone with shade 22.
