1. It feels light and moisturizing. 2. There's a soothing sensation on the lips. 3. As someone with chronically dry, flaky lips, I absolutely love this. I'm going to use only this lip balm from now on... While it doesn't completely eliminate dead skin cells, you can definitely feel it smoothing things out...!!!

1. Since it's a lip cream, it goes on a bit white!! Can't really apply it over lip makeup...!! The white cast does absorb and disappear after a while though. 2. It has a strong minty sensation! Can't really eat anything after using this. Other than these two points, I don't have any other issues.

Recently, I went out wearing a drying tint and my lips and the area around them became irritated, so I purchased this product. When I was in the US before, my lips would get severely dry during seasonal changes and in the winter, so I often bought this product, which is why I remembered it and purchased it again. This product quickly restores your lips to their original state when the lip barrier is compromised and they become extremely dry. The usage experience is different from a lip balm - it's not a thick, sticky balm, but a soft, lightweight cream formula. It soothes the lips and provides a cooling sensation. It's not a type that exfoliates unnecessary dead skin, but one that gently alleviates it. It addresses the root cause of excessive dead skin buildup and creates soft, healthy lips. The moisturizing effect lasts long and it's not sticky, so I apply it during the skincare step after cleansing. After toning my skin to make it thoroughly moist, I immediately apply this Lip Relief Cream, so I can care for my lips without drying them out during the rest of my skincare routine, and I don't have to worry about it getting on other areas. At night, I use a heavier product, and if my lips get dry from wearing color lip products during the day, I apply this Lip Relief Cream first to improve the lip condition before reapplying the color lip product. I used to have a habit of licking my lips when I was younger, which would make them dry, red, and often chapped, and this product was very effective for me back then. I didn't know it was sold in Korea, but I spotted it in the lip section at Olive Young and immediately purchased it.

This is a cream-type product that doesn't feel greasy or sticky when applied to the lips, and it absorbs lightly. Among the products I've tried when my lips were severely chapped, this one provided the most soothing relief. It also has a refreshing, minty sensation that I really enjoy.
Cons
Since this is more of a cream or ointment formula, it's not great to use with lip color products like lipstick or tint. It's really for soothing and care! And even though my lips get extremely dry, if I just use this at night without a lip balm, my lips feel dried out in the morning.

I've tried pretty much every lip care product out there because my lips get so irritated and even weep when I don't use anything or just apply color directly. But this product was the best at soothing my severely chapped lips. I highly recommend pairing it with the Bliss Medex Lip Balm - that's my holy grail combo! I find that if I use the Relief Cream alone at night, my lips are still a bit parched and painful in the morning. But if I apply the Relief Cream first and then generously top it with the Medex Lip Balm, it soothes and hydrates my lips so they stay soft and comfortable until the morning. And I love that both products have that refreshing, cooling sensation.
