The texture is somewhere between a lotion and a cream - lightweight and soft.. It has a calming effect on angry, red blemishes, so I bought a large quantity when it was on sale and have been using it regularly.. My acne-prone teenage son's skin has become less rough, and it's been effective in managing his mask-related skin issues as well.
Cons
The scent was a bit strange at first, and I had to hold my breath while using it..But I got used to it quickly. It's a synthetic, herbal-like fragrance, not a natural one, and it dissipates quickly.
Tip
I don't use it on targeted areas only..Since my skin is quite sensitive and gets itchy and blotchy even from just washing my face, I apply just a tiny bit, about the size of my fingernail, all over my face..It spreads lightly and evenly without drying out my skin, and it's been great for me 365 days a year.

The product has a soothing effect on the skin. I had been through some intense skin irritation, and my face was covered in red and scabbing. After 4 days of use, the redness has significantly subsided and the scabs have fallen off. Of course, the skin's natural healing ability also played a role, but the product performed better than other brands I've used. The moisturizing power was better than expected, so when I went out, I brought the toner sample and just used this cream. It was good that I could reduce the volume of my luggage.
