The strong tea tree scent is quite noticeable. As a fan of tea tree, I found it quite pleasant. The moment you apply it, you can feel the tea tree aroma and a cooling effect, which gives the impression that it might quickly tackle those blemishes! While it doesn't dramatically reduce acne overnight, with consistent use, it seems to help calm breakouts. Despite its small size, a little goes a long way when used as a spot treatment, so it lasts surprisingly long. The formula isn't a transparent gel that absorbs quickly, but rather one that sets on the skin. This makes it less than ideal for use before makeup application. I'd recommend using it as part of your nighttime routine instead! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 20, 2023
The transparent gel formula is great because it doesn't stand out like a spot when applied over blemishes. The small dispenser opening makes it easy to control the amount you use. I had high hopes for this product's synergy with patches, but it takes a while to dry after application. I usually apply spot patches right after cleansing, but waiting for the gel to dry first leaves the rest of my skin feeling too dry. The ingredients might be a bit strong, as I sometimes felt a slight irritation when applying it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 21, 2023
I tried this a few times when I received it as a gratis sample, and it definitely gives a refreshing sensation when applied. If it clumps together, it seems to harden rather than absorb, so you need to be careful about this when using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2023
I bought this because I heard it works well when used together with patches and spot gel. I'm not sure about the effects yet. It takes a while for the spot gel to dry. When I'm too sleepy, I just stick on the patches. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 1, 2022
Thanks to the tea tree, it feels incredibly hydrating and seems to really soothe blemishes! It dries out faster than expected... You might need to apply multiple layers to see the full soothing effects. Applying several layers works better for calming the skin! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 17, 2022
It's pretty decent, though not as potent as tea tree oil. The gel takes a while to dry, making it a bit inefficient to apply patches after. I wish it came in an ampoule form instead. Make sure to pat it in well for better absorption! I experienced some pilling when applying makeup over it. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 31, 2021
I tried this for the first time and it seems to work really well in combination with spot patches. You need to be careful with the amount you use, and make sure to let it dry completely before applying the patch. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 3, 2021
How generous to provide a small spot gel! It's effective on inflamed blemishes. After cleansing and applying toner, I put this product on the affected areas. Once it's fully dry, I continue with my skincare routine. It forms a protective layer, and depending on the severity, the blemishes gradually subside. For spot treatments like this, I think it would be more effective to sell multiple smaller packages rather than one large container. It would be better if the formula set a bit faster. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 15, 2020
I loved how cooling it felt! The gel texture made it light and easy to apply, which was great. It seems like it would be perfect for those with oily skin. I was surprised by the small size, but it's actually ideal for spot treatments - easy to carry around and apply with a cotton swab. It should work well on blemishes. After applying, I felt a slight tingling sensation. It dries and hardens on the skin, almost like alcohol. Could it be due to the tea tree ingredient? It doesn't seem to work well for folliculitis, unfortunately. I think tea tree might not agree with my skin... It didn't help when I applied it near my eyebrows for folliculitis. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 6, 2020
• It has a soothing gel-like texture without any stickiness, feeling fresh and light. It's not heavy or burdensome, making it perfect for easy application. • The transparent and bouncy formula is easy to apply and absorbs quickly. • It's gentle without irritation. I have super sensitive skin, but I experienced no irritation at all! • The ingredients are skin-friendly. • The product size is small, making it great for portability (about the size of a cotton swab). • The volume isn't too large, so you can use it all up before it expires after opening. However, a slightly larger quantity would be nice. • It didn't improve my blemishes. It didn't have much effect on my skin. It only provided slight soothing, but didn't really make things better. • The scent isn't pleasant. It has a somewhat musty smell? People sensitive to fragrances might find it off-putting. • It becomes drying as it sets. Even with my combination skin, I felt some dryness. Those with dry skin might find it very drying. It's great to apply lightly before bed. If you store it in the refrigerator, you can apply it even more coolingly.
