It seems to work well when I apply it with a spatula on raised areas before bed. The next morning, I notice an improvement. It has the drawback of pilling, and the small quantity is a bit disappointing. For your nighttime skincare routine, it's even better to layer this hydrating cream with a dab of spa gel on top. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2023
It works great with spot patches! I loved how I could feel the blemishes calming down when applied. The price is also quite reasonable compared to other brands' spot gels. The gel texture is nice for nighttime use - you can apply a thicker layer before bed for better results. However, due to its gel texture, it might cause pilling if used under makeup. For daytime use, I'd recommend applying only a small amount to prevent this issue. It's best to save the thicker application for nighttime use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 8, 2022
The tube is convenient to use, and the amount dispensed is just right, making it easy to apply It doesn't absorb well, unfortunately. Even after applying, patting it in, and waiting before using other skincare products, there's still some pilling. I'm not sure about its effectiveness either - Hwahae UserNormal SkinApr 4, 2022
It addresses the shortcomings of patches (even effective on small blemishes) The staying power is a bit lacking... It comes off easily. Also, there's some pilling It's best to apply thin layers frequently - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 19, 2022
The results are better than expected! It's free of harmful ingredients and has a transparent color, so you can apply it in the morning too! Plus, when you put it on your skin, by the next day you can noticeably see how it's calmed your skin! If you apply too much, it turns powdery and pills. When applying during the day, it's crucial to control the amount! I think it would be great to apply a thick layer at night and just a light touch during the day. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 14, 2020
1. The small size makes it convenient to carry around. Although the volume is quite small, since it's a spot gel, I consider this a plus point. 2. It applies lightly on the skin. I liked how it goes on smoothly like a regular aloe gel and gives a hydrating feeling. With mask-wearing being essential these days when going out, the area around my mouth tends to get very dry. I've been carrying this around and applying it frequently, and it's been great for quick, light application outdoors. While it's marketed as a spot gel, I've been using it more for areas that need hydration rather than for blemishes. I'm considering repurchasing it more as an on-the-go soothing gel rather than for its targeted treatment effects. 1. There's a slight pilling sensation. I used this spot gel as the last step in my nighttime skincare routine. While it feels fine during application, after some time, I noticed a slight pilling effect on my skin. 2. Efficacy claims are vague. The product box only states that it 'helps with skin brightening.' It doesn't specify whether it helps with acne scars or if it should be applied only to areas needing brightening. This lack of clarity made me unsure whether to use it solely on blemish-prone areas or on parts needing complexion improvement.
