  Pros

  When sebum builds up, soak a cotton pad with One Day's You solution, place it on the affected area, wrap with plastic wrap, and leave for about 15 minutes. This works wonders for whiteheads that feel bumpy on the skin surface and visible sebum after showering or using a steam towel. Using a peeling or extraction tool afterwards helps remove the sebum incredibly well.

  Cons

  It's not very effective for removing long-standing blackheads that resemble strawberry seeds.

  Tip

  I use an ultrasonic peeling device to sweep away sebum. While it can be a bit irritating, I love seeing the visible results of sebum being removed.

  Pros

  Not only does it tackle blackheads, but it's also amazing at removing whiteheads. The satisfaction of seeing those sebum plugs come out when you gently swipe after letting it soak in is absolutely incredible!

  Cons

  Simply wiping with a cotton swab or pad doesn't effectively remove the protruding sebum, so I always end up using a spatula to scrape it off forcefully. The scent is overwhelmingly strong.

  Tip

  Using a skin scrubber might allow for easy extraction without the need for pressing hard and irritating the skin.

  After soaking thoroughly and waiting for 10 minutes, I gently used a cotton swab, and voila! All the whiteheads came out completely!

  Cons

  Since my skin is quite thin and prone to peeling, I had some flaking around my nose for two or three days...

  Pros

  I haven't seen a better product for removing whiteheads than this one. Previously, Glow Spa was the best, but this has the same application method and effectiveness. It comes in a generous amount with a pump dispenser, making it convenient to use. While whiteheads are typically harder to extract than blackheads, when you saturate them with this product, the sebum rises to the surface, making extraction easier. Even if extraction isn't possible, rolling with a cleansing oil afterwards leaves the skin much smoother. Although you'll use quite a bit to cover the nose, T-zone, and chin thoroughly, you only need to use it occasionally, so it lasts for a long time.

  Cons

  It can be quite irritating. If you leave it on too long to bring up the sebum, your skin can become red. Forcing extraction in this state can cause skin peeling, taking days to recover. It's best to gently press with a cotton swab and only remove what comes out easily.

  Tip

  If you can see the whitened sebum but it won't come out, try gently pressing with a needle. If that doesn't work, just finish up by rolling with a cleansing oil. Trying to force extraction can lead to scarring.

  Pros

  I've been dealing with blackheads, whiteheads, and a lot of stress lately, so I decided to give this a try. It really seems to be working! I'm using it just as the reviews suggested - applying it, wrapping it up, and going about my household chores. That's my routine now!

  Pros

  My boyfriend doesn't have acne-prone skin, but it's super sensitive and can react badly to the wrong products. So, I decided to test this on him before using it myself. Surprisingly, it didn't irritate his skin at all! Instead, it just brought the sebum to the surface, making it visible. We didn't try to remove blackheads to avoid enlarging the pores, but we gently wiped away the whiteheads that surfaced with a cotton swab. His nose ended up feeling so smooth! It seems this product works hard without causing irritation.

  Cons

  I had read that you need to spray the product intermittently as it dries, but I think I oversaturated it from the start because it kept dripping. I guess mastering the technique of keeping it moist without letting it run will come with practice!

  Tip

  I saw a tip on YouTube about covering the mask with plastic wrap while showering to let the steam hydrate it further. Sounds like a great hack!

  Pros

  - Great for removing whiteheads After leaving it on for about 15 minutes and peeling it off, I could see a lot of sebum had been lifted! Using a cotton swab to remove it, I could definitely feel that a significant amount of sebum was gone.

  Cons

  - It was irritating At first, there was a burning sensation, and as time passed, I felt a stinging sensation along with the burning. My skin also became red. - Not very effective on blackheads It didn't seem to remove blackheads or large pores. - The scent The strong burning smell was unpleasant.
