I've used about six bottles over the past year. Even with my combination dehydrated, blemish-prone, and super sensitive skin, it's never caused any breakouts. It absorbs well and feels lightweight on the skin. The downside is that it can be a bit drying in winter. I discovered this product through a group buy and have been stocking up on it! Even an esthetic clinic director said the ingredients are gentle after looking at them. I love that it has a fluid texture, making it feel light on the skin! The price is a bit high, so I had to buy it through a group purchase. While I use it consistently, it doesn't seem to prevent skin flare-ups from dermatitis, even though it doesn't cause blemishes. It absorbs like water and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. No matter how many layers I apply, it never feels heavy. This is definitely a lifelong staple in my routine! Spot-on for getting rid of those pesky little bumps. When my skin's acting up, I just layer this on and it works wonders. You can see the difference in your complexion right away! Not sure about its effect on pustules. Honestly, I can't find much to fault with this product. It seems to help with those pesky little blemishes. Great for dry skin too! I can't think of any downsides! It appears to be fragrance-free.
