It was perfect for spritzing right after a shower or cleansing.
ConsIt doesn't provide perfect hydration and can leave the skin feeling a bit tight. It also doesn't work as a makeup fixer, so I'm using it more as a simple mist.

It wasn't sticky at all, so I could use it on my body without any issues. The scent was amazing - not artificial, but a natural floral fragrance. As someone with sensitive and dry skin, it felt gentle and comfortable without any irritation.
ConsSince it's a mist-type product, it might be challenging for those who prefer using an exfoliating toner.
TipThe toner comes in a glass bottle with chrysanthemum flowers inside. When sprayed on the body, it leaves a subtle floral scent that lingers. It would work great as a body mist. Alternatively, you could keep it in the bathroom and spray it generously on your face or body after showering to maintain hydration before your skincare routine.

It leaves my skin feeling wonderfully hydrated after cleansing!
ConsI wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike fragrances in their skincare products

While it's a bit heavy due to the glass, it gives off an elegant vibe. Scent: It has an absolutely lovely chrysanthemum fragrance! It's not artificial at all, but a natural scent that's so calming I want to spray it all over. The instructions say you can use it on clothes or body, but it's too precious for that (haha). I love it so much I'd buy it as a perfume if it came out. Texture: It's clear like water, but doesn't feel like it's replenishing moisture. It's more like a very light toner! Apparently, it becomes a toner if you don't shake it, and a serum if you do. It absorbs quickly into the skin with a slightly dry feeling. You only need to use a small amount, so it should last a long time. Overall: My skin's oil and moisture balance has always been off - too much oil leads to sebum buildup and enlarged pores, while no oil makes my skin parched and wrinkly. Finding that perfect balance was really tough. But with this product, I can apply all my skincare, then mist on the PureMay Soft Serum Toner. It makes my skin feel dry on the outside but hydrated inside, finally balancing things out. My skin has improved so much! It's smoother, and I think it's even helping with pore issues. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out!
ConsAs someone with combination to oily skin, I think this works well for me. It might be very drying for those with dry skin, and I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types. Be careful not to use too much, as it can sting a little. I find 3-4 sprays evenly across the face is enough. The spray is a bit strong, and it can feel a bit stiff when applying.
TipIt makes your skin feel incredibly hydrated! Remember to shake the PureMay Soft Serum Toner well. Spray 3-4 times evenly across your face. This helps control surface oil while keeping your skin hydrated underneath.

Product appearance: The first thing that catches the eye is the beautiful chrysanthemum flower in the transparent case, which I love. It's also in spray form, so it's easy and hygienic to use. Plus, it's a large size! 2. Product scent: The chrysanthemum fragrance is lovely! I mainly used this product as a mist, and every time I spray it, the floral scent puts me in a good mood. 3. Spray power: It comes out evenly without clumping! Thumbs up! 4. Hydration: As I mentioned earlier, I primarily used it as a mist. Unlike other mists that feel cool at first but then seem to strip moisture, this one contains natural oils, so my skin doesn't feel tight and stays moisturized! It's not too slippery either, so I'm very satisfied. 5. Stickiness: Despite containing oil, it's not sticky and absorbs quickly, which I love! Overall review: Even though it contains oil, it's not sticky, absorbs well, and has good spray power. I tend to use skincare products liberally, so as you can see in the photo, I've already used this much!
Cons1. Scent: It might be hit or miss depending on personal preference! 2. Being oil-based, you can't spray it after applying makeup. However, I used it before makeup, and it left my skin nicely moisturized.
TipMy personal tip is to spray it right after washing your face! It seems like the oil helps lock in moisture and prevent it from evaporating. The scent might vary depending on personal preference, but I really liked it! I usually spray it once after washing my face and once before bed. I also spray it frequently when I'm at home!

The chrysanthemum fragrance is only slightly noticeable when first spraying the cotton pad, but it quickly dissipates as you wipe your face. It's not an artificial or overpowering scent, so it's comfortable to use. 2 Spray distribution: It's not a mist-like product that sprays widely, so when you spray it onto the cotton pad, it only covers the pad area without spraying all over the surrounding area. 3 Absorbs quickly. I sprayed the cotton pad 5-6 times, wiped my face, then directly sprayed the mist onto my face and patted it in. The absorption is incredibly fast, so it's not burdensome to use the next product. 4 Not drying. As a serum toner product, it's not drying after wiping. Compared to other toners, it leaves the skin feeling more moisturized. I think it would be especially good for those with dry skin to use as a cleansing toner.
ConsThe product is in a glass bottle, so there's a heavy, substantial feel when using it. But realistically, since I only use it for a minute or less twice a day, the weight isn't a big issue. Still, I'm a bit cautious about it potentially falling and breaking. While it's called a serum toner, it seems more suitable as a toner. The moisturizing power isn't quite enough to meet the expectations of a serum, so it's best used as a non-drying toner.
TipKeeping it in the bathroom and spraying it on after showering or cleansing seems to help prevent dryness until I go to my room. And using it like a mist after wiping is also nice!

The chrysanthemum scent is quite strong, and I used it effectively as an exfoliating toner without any blemishes. Even when I pulled a few all-nighters and wasn't feeling my best, I could use it without any major issues.
ConsThe spray nozzle, possibly due to the flower petals, clogs very easily and breaks down. I wish it came in a different type of container instead of a spray bottle.

I love how gently it applies. The formula is almost water-like, absorbs well, and while it might seem light on hydration, it actually provides great deep moisture. Being chrysanthemum-based, it definitely helps with soothing. What's most impressive and surprising is that despite its watery texture, it leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft. The subtle fragrance and gentle formula are also big pluses!
ConsFor this season, I wish it had a bit more moisturizing power. That would have made it perfect!
TipMy skin feels so soft after use, and it's even better when used as a toner pack - it leaves my skin extra hydrated! Highly recommended!

While many criticize the ingredients, I personally think it's biased to assume natural ingredients are good and chemical ones are bad. The fact that it feels light despite containing oil is a huge plus, and I believe this is possible due to the ingredients that counteract the oiliness (but that's just my opinion...). For me, a good cosmetic product is one that addresses my skin concerns without causing allergies or blemishes 🎯Feature 5: Controls excess oil Currently, in November, my extremely dry skin needs rich oils or creams to keep flakiness at bay. However, this often leads to an oil explosion in the T-zone and hair sticking to the face. For some reason, despite the oil content, this product leaves a fresh finish and works well with rich, heavy creams and oils. It's also great as a mist (though not recommended over makeup - use a fine mist spray for that!!!)
ConsCon 1: Strong fragrance (may vary person to person) Con 2: Some ingredients and oils (those with specific allergies or prone to blemishes must check ingredients before purchasing) Con 3: Average moisture retention (choose rose water if you want more hydration) Con 4: Can't be used as a mist over makeup (recommend using an oil-free aerosol mist for made-up skin)
TipRecommended for: 1. Those looking for an astringent toner 2. Those seeking instant hydration from a mist 3. Oily skin types 4. Those struggling with both excess oil and flakiness in the afternoon (+To prevent your rich cream from making skin greasy - spray and gently pat to balance skin)

It's beautifully adorned with flower petals, reminiscent of a blooming floral tea. The scent is natural and gentle, not artificial or overpowering at all. Despite being a water-based formula, I was amazed at how it left my skin feeling more hydrated than typical water toners even after absorption. The spray nozzle distributes the product evenly across the face with just a few spritzes. I love how gentle and moisturizing it is - it feels like it's deeply hydrating my skin. Even hours later, my skin texture feels noticeably softer, and I didn't experience any dryness throughout the day!
ConsApart from its pretty appearance and being gentle and hydrating, there wasn't anything particularly outstanding about this product. I haven't finished it yet, but I'm concerned that the spray bottle design might make it difficult to use up the last bit of product. (Though since it's a serum toner, you could probably use any leftovers with a cotton pad as an exfoliating toner!)
TipThis would be perfect to keep in the fridge for a refreshing summer skincare treat!
