It's pleasant but quite strong - it's like it's saying 'I'm makeup!' The color payoff is better than expected, so one dab and a gentle patting motion for blending works well. If you press too deeply at first, you'll get way too much product. Just lightly tap the very surface to apply. It's perfect for carrying around and using on the go. The color payoff is natural and it's so moisturizing that it's incredibly comfortable to apply. I often use it on bare skin. It's my go-to when I don't want to do a full face of makeup. It's especially great for work - I use it all the time at the office. The staying power isn't the best. You need to reapply it quite often. Because the longevity is a bit lacking, on days when I need it to last longer, I lightly layer another blush on top. This is the first blush I've truly settled on! As a student, I prefer subtle blushes, and this one is perfect - the color is beautiful and just the right amount of subtle. I absolutely love it! I absolutely love how convenient and comfortable this cushion product is! It's exactly what I've been wanting. It does apply a bit sheer, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The blush's cushion format made it easy to apply. The compact case was also convenient for carrying around. As someone with skin between dry and normal that tends to get a bit dry in autumn and winter, I found it kept my skin moisturized even during those seasons. However, like many cosmetics, it seems the ingredients weren't great for my skin. I experienced a lot of blemishes... My face really broke out, and I don't even want to think about that time. Also, the color payoff is really poor. You can barely see the color after applying it once or twice, so you have to keep dabbing and reapplying multiple times to get any visible color. Color: It's absolutely stunning, truly! I'm honestly at a loss for words... it's simply marvelous. Application: Absolutely top-notch! There's nothing more to say... Longevity: This is its greatest strength. It lasted incredibly well on my skin! (Skin type: Combination with an oily T-zone and normal to dry elsewhere, but not extremely dry - more on the comfortable side) Drawbacks? What drawbacks? Just buy it, I beg you. It's my sincere wish! This shade is perfect for spring. It's a true game-changer for warm complexions.
