I loved that it had a nice balance of base colors and shading colors! Since I tend to use brown shades a lot, I found myself rarely using the wine color on the right side... That's a common drawback of standard palettes. If you have a clear preference for certain colors like me, I'd recommend buying individual shades rather than a palette!

I often reach for this palette when applying eyeshadow for my daily makeup look! I start by taking the fourth shade from the left, 'Cork Stopper', and blending it all over my eyelids and under-eye area. Then, I use the third shade from the left, 'Aged Oak', as a point color on the outer corners of my eyes. Everyone knows Etude eyeshadows are top-notch, right? They have minimal excess, complement any complexion perfectly, and apply super smoothly! For reference, I have a darker skin tone. The palette also includes a couple of light, shimmery white shades, making it a great all-rounder! There are quite a few bold purple shades that might be a bit much for everyday wear, so unless it's a special occasion, I tend to stick to the colors I use frequently! I use a thin brush to create a shadow in my aegyo-sal (under-eye area) with this color. Although it's a reddish-brown, when used for aegyo-sal shadow, it turns out surprisingly natural and pretty!
