I had over-removed my cuticles, leaving my nails rough and extremely weakened to the point where they would thin out when scratched. But after using this product, my nails have become completely strong again!! The recommended usage is 2-3 times a week, but even using it just once a week is fine :) I've used it a lot, but I still have half the bottle left - the quantity is great.
