I use lip and eye makeup remover daily, so I've tried various brands. I had high expectations for the Sandawha product due to its good ingredients. The color-blocked design clearly shows the oil layer, making it easy to mix consciously before use. It effectively removed my makeup and felt comfortable enough for daily use. While it definitely doesn't sting my eyes, I can't shake this feeling that it's more tiring on my eyes compared to other brands. It's hard to explain, but my eyes feel a bit fatigued? Maybe it's because it's drying? I'm a bit disappointed by this subtle sensation. Make sure to shake well and mix thoroughly before use. - kk*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 23, 2024
When I open my eyes before cleansing, they don't hurt or get cloudy. It also removes mascara effectively. I think these are its major strengths. Since oil-based products don't suit me well, I feel it running down to my cheeks, so I need to cleanse thoroughly. Also, the amount of product is quite small. - yu*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2024
There's absolutely no stinging sensation in the eyes. I was worried about irritation when removing eyeliner drawn close to the waterline, but I'm truly satisfied with this product. The oil and water components separate, so you need to shake it and quickly apply it to a cotton pad, which is a bit of a hassle. - ki*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 14, 2024
I bought this because of its good ingredients, and it seems to be working well since I haven't experienced any significant irritation. So far, I don't have any complaints, but I'll update if anything comes up later! - gm*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 7, 2024
When shaken before use, it effectively removes even waterproof makeup, which I found quite convenient. I also appreciated the safe ingredients. There was a slight stinging sensation in my eyes, so it's best to be cautious when using it. - ch*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 12, 2023
I started using this product while searching for something silicone-free. The cleansing effectiveness is pretty good! It causes a bit of eye irritation. Also, it doesn't remove mascara very well, so you need to rub multiple times or leave a cotton pad on for a while. - dk*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 5, 2023
The user experience was quite satisfactory. There was minimal eye irritation, and when shaken before use, it demonstrated good cleansing effectiveness. Being fragrance-free, it's suitable for those with super sensitive skin. It functions well as a makeup remover and is a solid, reliable product. Surprisingly, it wasn't as rich as expected, so there wasn't much residue after cleansing, making it comfortable to use. However, for those who apply mascara heavily, you might need to cleanse more thoroughly. If you use a mascara fixer that causes your lashes to stick together, you'll need to pay extra attention when removing it. - ag*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2023
First off, the ingredients are truly gentle! Among lip and eye makeup removers, this one has the mildest formulation, which is why I trusted it and made the purchase. It also cleanses effectively! The quantity is a bit small and the price is on the higher side. If only it were more affordable, I'd keep buying it! Be careful not to get it in your eyes! - bm*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 31, 2023
I've tried Sandawha cushions before, but this is my first time using their cleansing product, and I think it's pretty good! While the price is a bit high for the amount you get, it doesn't irritate my eyes and I feel like I'll be using it for a long time. It doesn't seem to remove mascara completely, though. I always apply mascara remover before using this cleanser. - pn*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 21, 2023
As a makeup remover, it has gentle ingredients. It doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes. Because the ingredients are so mild, the cleansing wasn't as thorough as I expected. After using this remover, I found that following up with a cleansing oil and then a foam cleanser removed everything completely. For best results, saturate a cotton pad generously, place it over your eyes, and allow it to sit for a moment. This helps dissolve the makeup, making it easier to remove without irritation.
