I use lip and eye makeup remover daily, so I've tried various brands. I had high expectations for the Sandawha product due to its good ingredients. The color-blocked design clearly shows the oil layer, making it easy to mix consciously before use. It effectively removed my makeup and felt comfortable enough for daily use. While it definitely doesn't sting my eyes, I can't shake this feeling that it's more tiring on my eyes compared to other brands. It's hard to explain, but my eyes feel a bit fatigued? When I open my eyes before cleansing, they don't hurt or get cloudy. It also removes mascara effectively. I think these are its major strengths. Since oil-based products don't suit me well, I feel it running down to my cheeks, so I need to cleanse thoroughly. There's absolutely no stinging sensation in the eyes. I was worried about irritation when removing eyeliner drawn close to the waterline, but I'm truly satisfied with this product. First off, the ingredients are truly gentle! Among lip and eye makeup removers, this one has the mildest formulation, which is why I trusted it and made the purchase. It also cleanses effectively! The quantity is a bit small and the price is on the higher side. If only it were more affordable, I'd keep buying it! Be careful not to get it in your eyes!

While the price is a bit high for the amount you get, it doesn't irritate my eyes and I feel like I'll be using it for a long time. It doesn't seem to remove mascara completely, though. I always apply mascara remover before using this cleanser.

Because the ingredients are so mild, the cleansing wasn't as thorough as I expected. After using this remover, I found that following up with a cleansing oil and then a foam cleanser removed everything completely. For best results, saturate a cotton pad generously, place it over your eyes, and allow it to sit for a moment. This helps dissolve the makeup, making it easier to remove without irritation.
