I received Benefit's Benetint as a gift and started using it. It's such a famous product, so I was thrilled to get it. The small size is cute and convenient to carry. The color payoff is quite good. I had high expectations since it's a well-known product, but the color is too red and the staying power is disappointingly short. It fades so quickly that I have to keep reapplying, which is a hassle. As I use it, I notice a strange smell. It makes my lips wrinkle and feel dry. Nothing to add. - so*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2023
The perfect shade for daily use, this tint complements any personal color beautifully The color payoff is more intense than expected, and it tends to dry out a bit over time - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2023
It absorbs so naturally that you need to layer it for more intense color! Personally, I find applying 2-3 thin layers gives a perfect look. It doesn't feel like you've just slapped on a tint, but rather creates a subtle, lovely effect. Plus, it's nicely hydrating! The price is a bit high for the amount you get, and the color payoff isn't as dramatic as one might hope. - do************Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 30, 2022
The color is absolutely gorgeous! It's the ultimate rosy tint. Being a water-based tint, it applies easily and looks natural, so you can wear it confidently even with a bare face. The subtle rose fragrance makes you feel like a rose goddess every time you apply it. Using the Benetint alone can be quite drying, so you need to pair it with a lip balm when applying. Also, it tends to stain teeth easily, so keep tissues handy when using! - ky******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJul 25, 2022
It's a truly beautiful rose color that creates a watercolor-like effect on the lips, as if they've been delicately stained. I love water tints and have tried many from drugstores, but this one has a much clearer color payoff. The soft, subtle tint is perfect for a foundation-free look, and it might even be suitable for men to use. The rose scent makes applying it a pleasant experience! It takes a bit of time to absorb into the lips. The biggest drawback is that the packaging is somewhat flimsy. The cap doesn't seem to seal tightly, causing some product to leak around the opening. While the case itself is small and lightweight, it's not ideal for carrying around. As a result, I've been keeping it on my vanity and only applying it in the morning. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 16, 2022
I love the natural color payoff. Plus, it has a lovely scent and lasts a long time. The staying power could be better. Also, it's quite drying, so applying lip balm beforehand is a must. - ji****Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2022
As the pioneer of staining tints, I think it has a unique charm that sets it apart from current trends In my opinion, the main drawback is that the color payoff isn't very intense - so**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 28, 2022
The color is so pretty!! There's a reason why it's so popular... It naturally enhances your complexion, breathing life into someone like me who looks like a terracotta warrior without lip color. That's why I always apply it as a base to change my natural lip color before using darker shades!! It's become an essential step in my routine now. Oh, and I heard that applying a light lip color at the start of your makeup prevents it from getting too heavy and makes your overall look more harmonious?! I used to always get the yogurt effect with tints, with pilling like dead skin cells (sorry for rambling on...), but this product is a water tint, so it doesn't have those issues, which I love. Since it's a water tint, patchy application is unavoidable, unfortunately. If used alone, it always stains unevenly except on days when your lips are in perfect condition... This tint is only suitable as a base! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2022
When it comes to a natural-looking tint, nothing beats the Benetint. It's a water-based tint that gives you that effortless, rosy 'my lips but better' look! The downside of water-based tints is that they can be drying. Also, there's the issue of uneven staining in some areas. To get an even application and prevent dryness, make sure to apply plenty of lip balm before using the tint! - oh********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2022
Scent: A lovely rose fragrance lingers, just as expected. Texture: It's so light, you could easily mistake it for a water tint. Color: The shade is so beautifully rosy, you'd believe it was made from crushed rose petals. The staying power isn't very long-lasting, and given its watery consistency, it might be prone to leaking.
