While it's a bit challenging to apply, the results are absolutely worth it! I often get blemishes, but when I apply a thick layer of this, my skin is noticeably calmer the next morning! The application is so disappointing it's almost sad... It's so difficult to apply that you might worry it's causing irritation, but the results are truly outstanding!! After applying the propolis ampoule and letting it dry, generously layer on the zinc cream. The next day, your blemishes will have vanished! - ik*****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedJun 3, 2025
When I accidentally misused hair oil and got some acne breakouts, I applied this all over my face for about 3 days. Surprisingly, the blemishes that were about to surface almost completely disappeared. It's really effective for calming acne! The absorption of this product is truly disappointing. Even when I warm it up with my body heat, it doesn't spread well. It makes my skin feel congested and uncomfortable. - ss*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJun 1, 2025
It seems zinc doesn't quite agree with my skin, as I noticed some redness, so I was hesitant to use it regularly. I bought this product after seeing it recommended on YouTube, but it didn't really work for me... However, it seems those with blemish-prone skin have seen great results. Unfortunately, it just didn't suit my complexion, and I couldn't say it was particularly beneficial. Now I only use it sparingly, applying small amounts with a cotton swab on areas where I have occasional breakouts. Due to the nature of zinc oxide, the product's absorption is terrible. Some people suggest rubbing it in vigorously, but honestly, it just doesn't absorb well at all... Mixing it with an oil-based product helps it spread a bit better. I'm currently using it only as a spot treatment, applying tiny amounts to areas with blemishes. - rn*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2025
My husband's acne suddenly got much worse, so we started using this product with some skepticism. It's been over a year now, and the results are amazing. Almost all of his blemishes have disappeared, and I think this will be our go-to product for life. We absolutely love it! The texture is quite rich and there's a slight white cast, but it worked well for acne-prone and oily skin types. However, if you have dry skin, it might be too drying for you. This product seems to be particularly effective for those struggling with acne and oily skin. It's important to note that while it has worked wonders for some, it may not be suitable for all skin types, especially those with dry skin. As with any skincare product, it's best to consider your individual skin needs before incorporating it into your routine. - st********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2025
My skin became incredibly sensitive, and other creams would make it turn red and tingle, but this was the only cream that didn't cause any of those issues... It's extremely thick, making it difficult to apply. I recommend mixing it with another cream or oil for easier application. It's challenging to use on its own, but mixing in just a drop of oil makes it much easier to apply and absorb well. - hi********RecommendedMay 23, 2025
When I had severe milia, I used Sidmool Madagascar Cream for hydration and slathered this on top. It contains exfoliating ingredients that helped dissolve dead skin cells while keeping my pores clear, which improved my blemishes. What a relief! Given the nature of its ingredients, there's some stickiness, and you'll definitely need to use a foam cleanser in the morning to wash off the excess oil. But that's just how the product works, can't be helped. Overall, it's a good product. The reviewer found this product effective for treating milia and blemishes, appreciating its exfoliating properties and ability to keep pores clear. They note the product's slightly sticky texture and oily residue as minor drawbacks, but still consider it a worthwhile skincare option. - tj*******Combination SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2025
This isn't a cream you slather all over your face! Please, don't apply it that way. It contains AHA, so it can be irritating to the skin. For best results, use a cotton swab to dab a tiny amount on folliculitis and blemishes. If you apply too much, it'll be hard to wash off the next day. The quantity is quite generous. Since I only use it on specific areas, it's a challenge to finish within 6 months. Next time, I plan to buy a zinc ampoule instead. I beg you, use only the tiniest amount! - se**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 17, 2025
The reviews mentioned that it has poor spreadability, but I wasn't worried about it. After applying it, my skin's redness seemed to have significantly subsided the next day, so I'm planning to purchase another one. I didn't really have any regrets. The formulation was thicker than Bioderma Cicabio, and the scent was also fine, a healthy(?) scent. You should not fully absorb the ampoule and rub it in, but rather dab it on several times with light patting motions. - ca*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 10, 2025
This is absolutely amazing for calming inflammatory acne! I bought it about 4.5 years ago after extensive research when my skin was in terrible condition. At that time, I was getting extractions at the dermatologist and taking strong medication for quite a while, but my skin just wouldn't settle down. So I completely changed my skincare routine, and this cream became my go-to product. When you apply it to inflammatory acne, you can feel it really getting the inflammation under control. Even those painful, protruding pimples would subside after using this for a few days. This is my holy grail product. I must have gone through more than 10 tubes by now! It doesn't really have much effect on closed comedones. Since it contains zinc, it's best to apply it only before bed, and it can be difficult to cleanse off. It's great to apply a thick layer of this as the final step in your nighttime skincare routine, right on top of inflammatory acne or areas where you feel itchy and might develop blemishes! The next morning, the itchy areas will have completely calmed down, and inflammatory acne will be much more controlled. It works wonders! - ja*******RecommendedMay 6, 2025
As someone with seborrheic dermatitis and folliculitis, I can't use medication during pregnancy. I discovered this zinc cream through research and have been using it for over a week. After applying, I feel like the itching and redness are calming down, so I'm continuing to use it. While I haven't seen dramatic changes yet, I'm sticking with it in hopes that it at least prevents my condition from worsening. The absorption... well, it's not great. It feels like you're applying super thick cream cheese to your skin!
