This product has been a staple for my 60-year-old mother with dry skin for over a decade. She struggled with dead skin cells to the point of needing dermatological treatment, but after trying various products, including those recommended by dermatologists, she finally settled on this one. The eye cream and nourishing cream have a similar feel, with a firm and rich texture. It applies smoothly but doesn't absorb quickly. It has a strong herbal scent and is quite rich in oils. While it was too heavy for my combination skin in my 30s, my mother is extremely satisfied and loves how hydrating it is. I occasionally used it as a lip balm substitute when my lips were chapped, and it worked wonders. For those in their 30s with combination skin, it's too greasy and absorbs too slowly. The herbal scent is also quite strong, which might be polarizing. The ingredients aren't entirely ideal either. After checking Missha's website, I found out this product has been discontinued. It's no longer available on Missha's site, and other places are taking orders but not shipping. After searching everywhere, I finally ordered from Hwahae. If you're like my mother and absolutely love this product, hurry and purchase it from Hwahae while you still can! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2020
After using it, I definitely felt it helped combat dryness around my eyes. I bought it during a sale, so it seemed like great value for money. I'm not a fan of overly thick textures, so the dense formula felt a bit heavy for me. I mixed it with my hydrating moisturizer when applying. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but it seemed to absorb better that way. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 20, 2020
Hydration power is off the charts! It's like this cream is shouting 'I am the eye cream!' When you apply it before bed, your skin stays moisturized until the next morning. Pro tip: You can snag it at a better price during Missha's sales events. I wish I could wear it during the day too, but it feels too heavy for that. It's quite thick and weighty, so if you don't spread it well, it tends to clump up. It comes with a spatula. Scoop out the right amount for you, spread it well, and apply it at night. Your skin will stay hydrated until the next morning. - th*****Combination SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresSep 7, 2019
The texture was a bit thick when applying. I didn't get that firm, elastic feeling when I put it on. It seems to sit on the surface rather than absorbing well. In terms of hydration, it feels slightly dry. The price is a bit steep even when I bought it on sale, considering the amount you get. I'm not sure if this eye cream actually reduces wrinkles around the eyes, but it might be good to use as a preventative measure. While it didn't cause blemishes, those prone to milia around the eyes should look for something else. It leaves a shiny finish and feels a tad itchy. This eye cream may not be suitable for those with super sensitive skin or combination dehydrated skin around the eye area. It lacks the absorbs well quality that many look for in an eye product. If you're after a product that works hard to combat deep dryness or provides a noticeable Inner Glow, you might want to explore other options. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 26, 2019
The texture is delightfully bouncy, which feels great on the skin. When bought on sale, the price is quite reasonable too. I think I've tried almost everything from Missha's Yehyun series. Overall, I'm very satisfied! Due to its slightly oily nature, it might not be the best fit for those with oily skin. However, as I have dry skin, it worked well for me. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJul 1, 2019
I applied it around my eyes and mouth, and the hydration was excellent Since I have sensitive skin, it initially caused a burning sensation and tingling when I applied it. However, as I continued using it, the symptoms gradually subsided. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 20, 2019
I really enjoy the traditional herbal scent... That's why I bought it actually. It's affordable too... It's extremely rich in oils... So it might be a bit much for oily skin types... I'm worried it could cause blemishes - ju*****Combination SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2019
As a broke college student, I went through several jars of this eye cream...! It's exactly the level of hydration and texture I was looking for - not so heavy that it causes milia under the eyes, yet effective enough to combat dryness. The price becomes very affordable when it's on sale, which is great. Since it's not super famous, I'm leaving this review in case it gets discontinued... Perhaps because it's in a jar, after about six months of use, the contents started to thicken and become more viscous. It wasn't a big loss since I was almost finished with it anyway, but I think a tube format might work better. Keep an eye out for sales! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 29, 2018
I'm using this because it's good value for money. I like its rich texture, and the size is just right. I bought it at a duty-free shop for a good price, and I'm satisfied with it as an affordable eye cream. I didn't realize it before, but after reading the Hwahae reviews, I'm a bit disappointed with the ingredients. While I still think it's a good product for its price, I'm hesitant about repurchasing due to the ingredient list. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinOct 6, 2018
The price is quite affordable for an eye cream. I bought it during a 1+1 sale, so I'm using it without any financial burden. It's slightly greasy. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a spatula.
