It helps foundation apply more smoothly and keeps it from separating. The foundation absorbs well, leaving skin hydrated without looking cakey. The price is absolutely wicked. • This is a product I use well all year round • It's especially effective in summer when oil and sweat mix, and in winter when dryness causes base makeup to break down quickly. Just buy this, seriously. I've tried many decent bases, but this one takes the crown. It's the absolute best. If they ever suddenly discontinue it, I'll stockpile a hundred of these. And I'll stage a one-person protest right at the company's entrance. No matter what foundation you use, this makes it dewy and supple. Even after hours of talking, it doesn't settle into lines around your mouth or look patchy. The moisturizing, bouncy texture means some oiliness in the T-zone is unavoidable. (But it's not an unpleasant, sudden oil slick. It builds up gradually all over, and a quick pat with a cushion puff makes it disappear in no time!) This review highlights the product's exceptional performance as a makeup base. It leaves my skin incredibly moisturized and gives it a delightfully bouncy, plump feeling after application. There's nothing really negative to say. If I had to nitpick, maybe the price...? The amount you get seems a bit small compared to the cost.

This primer is fantastic - it's moisturizing while providing excellent adherence! Foundation applies smoothly and stays put for a long time. When primers are too dry, base makeup can look patchy, but this one has just the right amount of hydration and bounce. It creates the perfect canvas for makeup application! The only downside is that it's a bit on the pricey side, which is somewhat disappointing. When I apply this base prep over sunscreen, my makeup goes on smoothly. Compared to not using it, I notice less pore-clogging around my nose when I do my makeup. The lightweight texture makes it easy to spread evenly. While it's meant to be applied over sunscreen, I find it disappointing that it seems to remove white-cast sunscreens when I apply this prep on top. For best results, I've found that applying light skincare, followed by a non-pilling sunscreen, then this prep, and finally makeup creates a hydrated base where the makeup adheres well.
